So müssen Lebensmittel verarbeitende Betriebe hohe Hygieneanforderungen erfüllen. Cleaning and disinfection plays an important role in many production areas of the industry as well as in the household. So food processing companies must meet high hygiene requirements. The rooms where food is processed are mostly tiled. The tiles are connected to each other with jointing materials, such as joint mortars. Especially in areas where high humidity and possibly even high temperatures are present, special requirements are placed on the materials to meet the requirements in such areas and the high hygiene requirements.
Common detergents usually have surfactants and water. When using such detergents, the aqueous components and the oily components including the surfactants, such as palm oil, evaporate on the cleaned surfaces. These residues with oily proportions can form a suitable environment, eg. B. by forming an anaerobic layer to promote a colonization of microorganisms, including bacteria but also fungi and algae. Thus, tile seams often show blackening on standard cleaning with such surfactant-based cleaners. This blackening is based on the colonization of molds, in particular Aspergillus niger. Once present, this fungus is difficult or remove only with very aggressive cleaning agents.
Another weakness of surfactant cleaning is the often occurring smoothness effect. When rewetting the oily constituents of the surfactants, some products, especially in wet areas, such as swimming pools, may experience extreme smoothness. The slip resistance on tiles is sometimes greatly reduced.
There is therefore a need to provide cleaning agents which can prevent the formation of discolorations, in particular in the joint area of surfaces, such as tiles, or can be used for cleaning such areas, preferably without the possibility of smoothness formation.
The anode and cathode compartments are usually supplied with an aqueous sodium chloride solution as the electrolyte. In this case, move the anodes and other negatively charged particles in the electrolyte in the direction of the anode and the cations and other positively charged particles in the direction of the cathode, so that the negatively charged particles are enriched in the anode compartment and the cathodes enriched in the cathode compartment.
Accordingly, an anolyte solution which has a positive redox potential and thus oxidizing properties is formed in the anode compartment, while the catholyte solution formed in the cathode compartment has a negative redox potential, ie reducing properties. The catholyte solution is usually strongly basic while the anolyte solution is acidic.

The object of the present invention is to provide novel cleaning compositions which are suitable for cleaning surfaces, in particular tile surfaces, and here in particular the tile joints.
The object is achieved with the cleaning composition according to the invention.
Der pH-Wert der Zusammensetzung liegt dabei im Bereich von 6 bis 9, bevorzugt 7 bis 9.The cleaning composition of the present invention contains a catholyte solution obtained by diaphragm analysis, bleaching agents and pH adjusting agents of the cleaning composition. The pH of the composition is in the range of 6 to 9, preferably 7 to 9.
Surprisingly, it has been found that in this pH range from 6 to 9, such as 7 to 9, both the catholyte solution is stable and the bleaching agent remains stable in the solution. By adjusting the pH, the cleaning composition and in particular the catholyte solution and the bleaching agent contained therein are stabilized and thus the shelf life of the cleaning composition can be increased.
For this purpose, the catholyte solution of the cleaning composition according to the invention is preferably exhausted after receipt from the diaphragm analysis with air to z. B. to drive hydrogen peroxide out of the solution. Preferably, the catholyte solution is thus substantially hydrogen peroxide-free.
By injecting air, other gaseous components are removed from the catholyte solution.
In a preferred embodiment of the cleaning composition according to the invention is used as a bleaching agent sodium bicarbonate or other bicarbonates, or perborates or percocarbonates. The bleaching agent, such as sodium bicarbonate, is preferably in an amount of 0.1 to 5 wt .-%, z. 0.2 to 2% by weight, such as preferably 0.4% by weight, based on the total amount of the cleaning composition.
The catholyte solution which is present in the cleaning composition according to the invention preferably comprises sodium hydroxide in an amount of 0.05 to 1 wt .-%, such as 0.1 to 0.3 wt .-%, preferably 0.12 to 0.18 Wt .-%, in particular 0.15 wt .-% based on the total amount.
To lower the pH of the basic catholyte solution, a suitable means for lowering the pH is used. Conventional agents, as known to those skilled in the art, which do not decompose or otherwise alter the bleaching agents present in the cleaning composition may be employed. So z. Disodium dihydrogen diphosphate, sodium phosphate, calcium phosphate or lactic acid alone or in combination. A preferred agent is disodium dihydrogen diphosphate, Na 2 H 2 P 2 O 7 . This can be z. B. in an amount of 0.1 to 5 wt .-%, such as 0.2 to 2 wt .-%, preferably 0.4 wt .-% are used, in particular if the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the solution in the range of 0.12 to 0.18 wt .-% and the amount of sodium bicarbonate at 0.4 wt .-% based on the total amount of the cleaning composition.
Of course, the cleaning composition may also contain other ingredients. Preferably, the cleaning composition as a further ingredient corn starch and or potato starch. This allows in particular to color white and light tile joints accordingly. The starch may be used in an amount of from 0.1 to 5% by weight, e.g. 0.2 to 2% by weight, such as 0.4% by weight.
The cleaning composition according to the invention is particularly suitable for cleaning tile surfaces and in particular tile joints. The cleaning composition according to the invention is characterized in that discoloration of the joints, for. As black staining by molds such as Aspergillus niger can be effectively removed.
In a further aspect, the present invention therefore relates to cleaning processes using the cleaning composition according to the invention. The cleaning method according to the invention comprises applying a cleaning composition according to the invention to a surface to be cleaned, incorporating the cleaning composition on and / or in the surface to be cleaned and drying the cleaned surface. Preferably, the applied cleaning liquid is at least partially removed from the cleaned surface before drying.
The application of the cleaning composition can be carried out by conventional methods. Preferably, the cleaning composition is sprayed in liquid form onto the surfaces to be treated. Alternatively, the composition be used as admixture in cleaning machines.
After spraying and exposure of the cleaning composition, this z. B. be incorporated with mechanical aids on and / or in the surfaces to be cleaned. For example, the cleaning composition may be incorporated by means of mechanical aids on and into the tile and on and into the tile joints.
The non-incorporated cleaning fluid can be removed if necessary. For example, with a wet vacuum cleaner, this cleaning composition can be removed. As a result, the dissolved contaminants, including surfactant residues, from previous cleaning agents are no longer distributed during the incorporation of the cleaning composition.
After incorporation of the cleaning composition, the cleaned area is dried. This drying can be carried out at room temperature.
However, the drying of the cleaned surfaces preferably takes place by heating. In particular, the drying is carried out by heated air having a temperature of about 40 ° C, preferably above 50 ° C, which acted on the cleaned surfaces for drying these surfaces.
In particular, when drying at elevated temperature of above 40 ° C, preferably above 50 ° C, an advantageous bleaching effect is achieved. In particular, discolored mineral joints and tiles can be bleached when heated with heated air. The heating and applying the heated air to the cleaned surfaces can be done by conventional means. So z. B. a building dryer or a corresponding Heißluftfön be used.
It was surprisingly found that when using heated drying air an enormous bleaching effect can be achieved. As a result, tiles and white or bright tile joints can be cleaned superbly and the discoloration z. B. by Aspergillus niger or other microorganisms can be reduced or removed.
The cleaning system according to the invention is in particular one which works chlorine-free. That is, the disadvantages known with chlorine-containing cleaning compositions can be avoided. Such disadvantages are in particular their aggressive behavior compared to the surfaces to be cleaned but also a high load on the rooms, which does not allow immediate use of the cleaned rooms. Rather, intensive ventilation of the cleaned rooms is necessary when using chlorine-containing cleaning compositions. In contrast, when using the cleaning composition of the present invention, it is possible to immediately reuse the spaces after drying.
In the following, the cleaning composition will be further explained by means of the examples without being limited to the present example.
Beispiel 1 ReinigungsmittelzusammensetzungExample 1 Cleaning Composition
Im folgenden wird beispielhaft eine Zusammensetzung ausgeführt. In the following, a composition is exemplified.
For this purpose, a catholyte solution with sodium hydroxide of 1.2 to 1.8 g / l liquid with 4 g / l sodium bicarbonate, 4 g / l disodium dihydrogen diphosphate and 4 g / l corn and / or potato starch.
Beispiel 2 Reinigung von Fliesen und Fliesenfugen mit erfindungsgemäßer ReinigungszusammensetzungExample 2 Cleaning of tiles and tile joints with cleaning composition according to the invention
The cleaning composition according to the invention described in Example 1 was in an amount of 60 to 70 ml / m 2 on the surfaces to be cleaned, in the present tile with mineral joints or joints of mixtures of minerals and epoxy resin, as z. B. be used extensively in industry, sprayed. The cleaning composition was then further worked into the tiles using a scrubber and in particular into the tile joints. In this case, discolored cleaning liquid, which formed by the incorporation of the liquid on the surface to be cleaned, removed with a wet vacuum to remove the total dissolved contaminants and not spread.
Anschließend wurden die Fliesen bei Raumtemperatur getrocknet. Die schwarz gefärbten Fliesenfugen waren deutlich aufgehellt.Subsequently, the tiles were dried at room temperature. The black-colored tile joints were clearly brightened.
Beispiel 3Example 3
The purification process was carried out as described in Example 2. In contrast to drying at room temperature, in this case drying was promoted with a construction dryer which heated the air to above 50 ° C. Here, a significantly increased bleaching effect compared to air drying at room temperature could be observed. The tiles and tile joints were essentially white. A previous infestation and corresponding blackening by Aspergillus niger could no longer be observed.
Furthermore, the typical incontinence odor of a wet cell in be completely and permanently removed from a retirement home.
In addition, the use of the cleaning composition according to the invention led to an improved feeling of sure-footedness on the tiles, a smoothening after re-wetting could not be determined.
The above examples illustrate the advantageous properties of the cleaning composition according to the invention and of the cleaning method according to the invention using the cleaning composition according to the invention. The cleaned areas and the cleaned rooms could be used again immediately after cleaning. The contamination and discoloration of the cleaned surfaces could be significantly reduced. In particular, when using heated air for drying a clear bleaching effect could be achieved.
