Description
The invention relates to a flat tube for a heat exchanger according to the preamble of
It is the object of the invention to provide a flat tube for a heat exchanger, which has high strength with low material consumption.
This object is achieved according to the invention for an initially mentioned flat tube with the characterizing features of
In a preferred embodiment, a respective separating section is formed between successive sections of the two side walls, by which adjacent chambers of the flat tube are separated from one another. Particularly preferably, the separating sections have a course which is not perpendicular to the side walls, at least in sections. Preferably, an angle between the separating section and a perpendicular to the side walls between 5 ° and 60 °, more preferably between 10 ° and 45 °. This arrangement and orientation of the separating sections gives good mechanical stability of the flat tube and allows a good hydraulic cross section of the chambers separated by the separating sections for a given length of the cross-sectional line. In particular, the chambers of the flat tube formed by the separating sections can have a substantially triangular cross-section.
In a particularly preferred development, at least one of the separating sections has a contact area formed by a multiple folding, which runs parallel to an adjacent separating section and rests flat against the latter. In this way, on the one hand a large stroke in the course of a mechanical compression of the flat tube during assembly allows and on the other hand a particularly flat and thus stable cohesive connection of the investment areas, for example by means of a soldering.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that at least one short side wall of the flat tube has at least a double position of the sheet metal strip. As a result, the short side wall is stabilized and less sensitive, for example against falling rocks. Depending on the requirements but may also be present only single-walled design of the side walls of a flat tube according to the invention.
Generally, it is provided that a resilient expansion in the direction of the long sides, which is caused by a displacement of portions of the cross-sectional line to each other by a flat pressure force on the parallel long side walls. This can generally be done an improved adjustment and adjustment of the flat tube during assembly, for example, during insertion into passages of a floor.
In a preferred embodiment, the sheet metal strip consists of a preferably double-sided solder-plated aluminum-based sheet.
The object of the invention is achieved for a heat exchanger by a heat exchanger with a stack of flat tubes according to the invention. In a preferred detailed design, in each case layers of ribs are provided between the flat tubes of the stack, wherein the flat tubes and the ribs are preferably connected together in a material-locking manner by soldering.
Further advantages and features of the invention will become apparent from the embodiments described below and from the dependent claims.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described and explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
