Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektronischen Schalter zum Schalten von Hochfrequenz ab 1 Megahertz, bestehend aus mindestens zwei PIN-Dioden, die durch eine Gleichspannung steuerbar sind, wobei die PIN-Dioden gleichstrommäßig in Reihe geschaltet sind und wechselstrommäßig antiparallel geschaltet sind.
