Abstract
Es werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Ermitteln des Vorliegens oder Fehlens einer Motorbremsabweichung in einem sensorfreien Motor angegeben. Das Verfahren verfügt über die folgenden Schritte: Ansteuern (S1) des Motors; Ermitteln (S2) einer vorbestimmten Zeit nach dem Ansteuern des Motors; Messen (S3) des dem Motor zugeführten Stroms nach der vorbestimmten Zeit; Berechnen (S4) der Differenz zwischen dem gemessenen Strom und einem vorbestimmten Bezugsstrom und Feststellen (S5) des Vorliegens oder Fehlens einer Motorbremsabweichung im Motor durch Ermitteln, ob die vorbestimmte Differenz einer vorbestimmten Bezugs-Stromdifferenz alpha entspricht oder größer als diese ist. Dadurch wird in einem sensorfreien Motor ohne Verwendung eines Sensors schnell das Vorliegen oder Fehlen einer Motorbremsabweichung erkannt, und es kann das Fließen eines übermäßig großen Stroms in ihm verhindert werden, wodurch ein fehlerhafter Betrieb oder ein Schaden am Motor verhindert werden kann.
