Abstract

Airbagabdeckung, aufweisend einen Schutzabschnitt (21) zum Abdecken eines gefalteten Airbags, wobei der Schutzabschnitt (21) eine erste Fläche und eine zweite Fläche aufweist, wobei die zweite Fläche dem gefalteten Airbag zugewandt ist und eine Risslinie (25) aufweist, die derart konfiguriert ist, dass der aufblasende Airbag die Risslinie (25) und einen ersten zu öffnenden Türabschnitt, der durch die Risslinie (25) getrennt ist, und ein Zierteil (3), das an der ersten Fläche angebracht ist, leicht spaltet, wobei das Zierteil (3) beide Seiten der Risslinie (25) überspannt und eine Kerbe (35) aufweist, die der Risslinie (25) zugewandt und zu dieser hin verbreitert ist, und wobei die Risslinie (25) den Schutzabschnitt (21) durchdringt, um einen Durchgangsschlitz (27) zu bilden, welcher der Kerbe (35) des Zierteils (3) zugewandt ist.
