Abstract
Description
Gebiet der ErfindungField of the invention
The The invention describes methods and devices by means of which the reversible functionality of a operational cruise missile in different test situations checked for accuracy can be.
- Szenario A : nachdem der Marschflugkörpers fertig hergestellt ist, also mit Pyrotechnik (Zünder, Vorhohlladung und Penetrator mit Sprengstoff etc..) und irreversiblen Baugruppen (Thermal-Batterie, Entriegelung der Rudermaschinen etc..) ausgerüstet ist, muss der dann operationelle Marschflugkörper vor Auslieferung an den Kunden einer nochmaligen, aussagekräftigen Prüfung unterzogen werden, ohne jedoch sicherheitskritische oder irreversible Funktionen des Marschflugkörpers auszulösen. Bislang wird in diesem Szenario meist keine Endprüfung mehr durchgeführt, da – auf die vor Einbau der Pyrotechnik und der irreversiblen Baugruppen (durch reversible Simulatoren ersetzt) durchgeführten funktionalen Tests vertraut wird, obwohl durch die nachfolgende Integration der Pyrotechnik und der irreversiblen Baugruppen sich neue Fehlerquellen (z.B. vertauschte, gequetschte, ungesteckte Kabel) einschleichen könnten (was bei großen Stückzahlen unweigerlich vorkommen wird), – die operationelle Missions-Software in den Hauptrechner des Marschflugkörpers geladen ist, durch welche der Marschflugkörper verschossen werden kann (→ Auslösung von irreversiblen Funktionen) und welche aber über keine spezielle Betriebsart zum Test des Marschflugkörpers in dem eben geschilderten Szenario verfügt. Das selbe Problem stellt sich nach der Reparatur eines vom Kunden als defekt erkannten Marschflugkörpers vor Wiederauslieferung an den Kunden;
- Szenario B : nachdem der Marschflugkörper im Kontainer an den Kunden ausgeliefert ist, wird er in einem speziellem Bunker-Depot langzeitgelagert. Vor Ablauf der Garantie-Zeit (z.B. 5 Jahre) sollen alle gelagerten Marschflugkörper auf korrekte Funktionsweise geprüft werden, um Garantie-Fälle zu erkennen und um gegebenenfalls die kostenlose Reparatur durch den Hersteller in Anspruch zu nehmen. Zur Zeit gibt es kein leistungsfähiges, zerstörungsfreies Prüfverfahren mit ausreichender Testtiefe, das vom Kunden für diesen Zweck verwendet werden könnte;
- Szenario C : nach Ablauf der Garantie-Zeit sollen die Marschflugkörper, welche im Bunker-Depot bis zu 20 Jahren und mehr gelagert werden, z.B. im Rahmen einer 'Full Contractor Support' Vereinbarung einer periodischen, vorbeugenden Materialerhaltung durch den Hersteller unterzogen werden, in deren Verlauf auch eine Funktions-Prüfung des operationellen Marschflugkörpers durchgeführt werden soll. Zur Zeit gibt es kein leistungsfähiges, zerstörungsfreies Prüfverfahren mit ausreichender Testtiefe, das für diesen Zweck zum Einsatz gebracht werden könnte;
- Scenario A: After the cruise missile is finished, ie equipped with pyrotechnics (detonator, precharge charge and penetrator with explosives, etc.) and irreversible assemblies (thermal battery, unlocking of the oars, etc.), the then operational cruise missile must be delivered be subjected to a repeated, meaningful test on the customer, but without triggering safety-critical or irreversible functions of the cruise missile. So far, in this scenario, no more final testing is performed, because the prior to the installation of pyrotechnics and the irreversible assemblies (replaced by reversible simulators) performed functional tests, although the subsequent integration of pyrotechnics and irreversible assemblies new sources of error ( eg exchanged, crushed, unplugged cables) could creep in (which will inevitably occur in large numbers), - the operational mission software is loaded into the mainframe of the cruise missile, through which the cruise missile can be fired (→ trigger irreversible functions) and which but has no special operating mode for testing the cruise missile in the scenario just described. The same problem arises after the repair of a cruise missile detected by the customer as defective before being returned to the customer;
- Scenario B: after the cruise missile is delivered to the customer in the container, it is stored for a long time in a special bunker depot. Before the expiry of the warranty period (eg 5 years), all stored cruise missiles should be checked for correct functioning in order to identify warranty cases and, if necessary, to use the manufacturer's free repair. There is currently no powerful, non-destructive testing method with sufficient depth of testing that could be used by the customer for this purpose;
- Scenario C: After expiry of the guarantee period, the cruise missiles stored in the bunker depot for up to 20 years and more, eg under a 'Full Contractor Support' agreement, shall be subjected to periodic, preventive material maintenance by the manufacturer in whose Course also a functional test of the operational cruise missile is to be carried out. There is currently no powerful, non-destructive test method with sufficient depth of testing that could be used for this purpose;
- Scenario D: if in the context of a case of confusion the customer (eg German Air Force) intends to use a cruise missile operationally, the cruise missile is taken from the container in a special location of the fighter bomber squadron (eg munitions protection), completed (rudder, eyelets ..) and then on connected a device that does not supply the cruise missile with the usual 3 × 115V 400Hz, but only with 28VDC and that allows the download of a mission plan in the cruise missile. This download device only incompletely stimulates the operational cruise missile so that: - no check of the interface of the cruise missile to the carrier aircraft (see MIL-STD 1760), - no extensive inspection of the electronics of the cruise missile, - no inspection of the mechanically moving parts (eg steering machine, Seeker-gimbal frame) of the cruise missile, - no check of the sensor of the cruise missile (eg altimeter, inertial measurement unit (IMU), GPS receiver, infrared seeker), - no check of functional chains (eg IMU / GPS -> navigation) , whereby any malfunction of the cruise missile in the fueled state on the carrier aircraft hanging still on the ground (→ consuming defrosting) or only during the wing flight is detected (→ loss of the cruise missile by Jettison). Therefore, there is a need for the customer to be prepared for operational use in the Rah For the purpose of downloading the mission plan into cruise missiles, a powerful test method including test equipment is provided for this purpose. The same need is given in the context of industrial or official shooting campaigns.
Zielsetzung der ErfindungObject of the invention
- - no irreversible functions of the cruise missile may be triggered,
- - no safety-critical functions of the cruise missile may be triggered,
- - only the operationally accessible interfaces of the cruise missile are to be used (no additional test adaptations on or within the cruise missile),
- - the maximum depth possible under these conditions is to be achieved,
- - no download of a special test software in the cruise missile must be necessary,
- - should be as small as possible to test equipment.
Es zeigtThe solution The objectives set out above are based on the characteristics of claims 1, 2 and 3. Advantageous embodiment of the invention are in the dependent claims shown. The invention is based on a in the Drawings illustrated, preferred embodiment will be explained in more detail. It shows
- - The cruise missile to be tested is wired to the test rig as shown in
2 In particular, the ground loader unit (GLU, device for downloading the mission plan into the cruise missile) is not connected to the cruise missile by means of TLP cable, likewise the cruise missile (seeker head) is not precooled by means of an external cooling bottle, - - the cruise missile under test is already loaded with a valid mission plan, as during the previous functional tests of the still inert cruise missile a mission plan was loaded and still exists,
- - The cruise missile to be tested is in the pitch and roll angle in an approximate horizontal position (0 ° ± 3 °).
Im
Szenario A erfolgt der Prüfablauf
nun in folgenden Schritten, siehe dazu
- 1. der zu testende Marschflugkörper wird durch Aktivierung der 3 × 115V 400Hz der Testvorrichtung eingeschaltet (Mode Power-On);
- 2. der Marschflugkörper führt darauffolgend die Einschalttests (Mode PBIT) seiner Subsysteme (Rudermaschinen, Triebwerk, Infrarot-Suchkopf, Lenkung-Navigation, Gefechtskopf, Sicherheits-Schärfungs-System) auf die gleiche Weise wie während eines operationellen Hochlaufes aus;
- 3. dann führt der Marschflugkörper die ausgelösten Tests (Mode IBIT) seiner Subsysteme (Rudermaschinen, Triebwerk, Infrarot-Suchkopf, Lenkung-Navigation, Wirksystem, Sicherheits-Schärfung) auf die gleiche Weise wie während eines operationellen Hochlaufes durch;
redundante Konfiguration-Information bzgl. Waffenstation (left/right
(siehe
1 ). Falls die Kriterien für andere Betriebsarten der operationellen Missions-Software erfüllt sind, werden dann die Aktionen der jeweiligen Betriebsart durchgeführt; - 5. dann initiiert der Marschflugkörper im Mode Identifikation die zyklische Prüfung des Laser-Distanz-Sensor des Gefechtskopf-Subsystems, die bei Verlassen des Mode Standby wieder deaktiviert wird;
- 6. anschließend werden den Subsystemen des Marschflugkörpers die relevanten Teiles des Missions-Planes (z.B. Referenz-Modelle an den Infrarot-Suchkopf) mittels internem Daten-Bus übermittelt (Mode Distribution);
2 ) die Information 'Missile Select' (siehe MIL-STD 1760) via Milbus zum Flugkörper sendet; - 8. nach Erkennung von 'Missile Select' initialisiert dann der Marschflugkörper sein internes Navigations-System in Position, Geschwindigkeit und Euler-Winkel mittels Navigations-Daten, welche das Milbus-Steuergerät mittels Milbus übermittelt, wobei die Position eine beliebige ist, die Geschwindigkeit (north, east, down) ≈ 0m/sec ist, der Gier-Winkel ein beliebiger ist und Roll- und Nick-Winkel auf 20° gesetzt sind und führt dann anschließend zyklisch mit den konstanten Positions-Daten (AC position alignment) die Navigations-Aufrichtung durch (Mode Navigation Alignment);
mittels Milbus (selected mission, siehe MIL-STD 1760) selektierte
Mission korrekt im Marschflugkörper
angewählt ist,
b.
der Status der Navigations-Aufrichtung (alignment status, siehe
MIL-STD 1760) des Flugkörper-Navigations-Systems
den Zustand 'gut' erreicht hat,
c.
- 1. the cruise missile to be tested is switched on by activating the 3 × 115V 400 Hz of the test device (Mode Power-On);
- 2. the cruise missile subsequently performs the power-on mode (PBIT) tests of its subsystems (steering, engine, infra-red seeker, steering navigation, warhead, safety-sharpening system) in the same way as during an operational run-up;
- 3. then the cruise missile carries out the tests (mode IBIT) of its subsystems (rudders, engine, infra-red seeker, steering-navigation, power-system, safety-sharpening) in the same way as during an operational run-up;
- 4. then the missile (Mode Identification) checks if the following selection criteria are met in order to proceed with the new mode a. the RTU address resulting from the RTU address lines configured by the RTU address bridge circuit of the test device must give a defined Milbus address that is different from the operationally used weapon station addresses, b. the RTU address transmitted to the missile by means of Milbus information (see MIL-STD 1760) must match the RTU address defined by the RTU address lines, c. the bearer identification transmitted to the missile by means of Milbus information (see MIL-STD 1760) may not be the identification of the operational bearer, but must be an identification which uniquely identifies the test device, d. the redundant configuration information regarding weapon station (left / right shoulder) and weapon loading (single / twin) transmitted by means of Milbus information (see MIL-STD 1760) must be inconsistent. If one or more criteria are not met, the cruise missile terminates the maintenance mode by changing to the known mode 'Mode Mission Abort' (see
1 ). If the criteria for other operating modes of the operational mission software are met, then the actions of the respective operating mode are performed; - 5. then the cruise missile in mode identification initiates the cyclic check of the laser range sensor of the warhead subsystem, which is deactivated again when leaving the mode standby;
- 6. Subsequently, the subsystems of the cruise missile are transmitted the relevant part of the mission plan (eg reference models to the infrared seeker) by means of an internal data bus (Mode Distribution);
- 7. then the cruise missile subsystems perform a continuous mode self-test (CBIT) in the same manner as during an operational run-up, switching to the next step if the cruise missile detects that the Milbus controller (BCU, please refer
2 ) sends the information 'Missile Select' (see MIL-STD 1760) via Milbus to the missile; - 8. After detection of 'Missile Select', the cruise missile then initializes its internal navigation system in position, velocity and Euler angle by means of navigation data which the Milbus control unit transmits via Milbus, the position being any speed ( north, east, down) ≈ 0m / sec, the yaw angle is arbitrary and roll and pitch angles are set to 20 °, and then cyclically performs the navigation position with the constant position data (AC position alignment). Erection by (Mode Navigation Alignment);
- 9. The Milbus controller of the test apparatus now checks, during the Navigation Alignment mode, whether the navigation system of the cruise missile fails to initialize 20 ° in roll and pitch angles within a predefined time to approximately 0 ° (± 3 ° ) degrades. If this does not happen within the predefined time (eg 60sec), test abort and thus change to the Mode Missions Abort.
- 10. The Mode Navigation Alignment will then be put into the Mode Test Completion if all the following conditions are met: a. the mission selected by the Milbus control unit via Milbus (selected mission, see MIL-STD 1760) is correctly selected in the cruise missile, b. the status of navigation alignment (see MIL-STD 1760) of the missile navigation system has reached the 'good' state, c. the GPS receiver of the cruise missile to be tested, which receives the antenna signal of the test device (see
2 ), which is present via umbilical cable, processes, reports via Milbus that valid navigation results are available (eg valid UTC time, harmonious position, speed, normal performance, lock to 4 or more satellites, figure of meit <3), d. the radar altimeter of the cruise missile to be tested reports, as a valid altitude above ground, the length of the signal line between the receiving and transmitting antenna of the radar altimeter signal retarder of the test apparatus (see2 ), e. no subsystem of the cruise missile under test has sensed one or more miss functions during the previous process steps. - 11. In the Mode Test Completion, the cruise missile then deletes its mission plan (eg stored in a flash memory) and, after successful deletion by Milbus, reports the successful completion of the test procedure to the Milbus control unit of the test device.

- - The cruise missile to be tested is wired to the test rig as shown in
4 In particular, the ground loader unit (GLU, device for downloading the mission plan in the cruise missile) is connected by TLP cable to the cruise missile, as is the cruise missile pre-cooled by means of an external cooling bottle, so that his infrared seeker already operating temperature before Has reached the start of the test, and a screen for visualizing the infrared seeker image has been - - the cruise missile under test is not loaded with any mission plan since it was delivered to the customer unloaded (see procedural step 11 in the test procedure for scenario A),
- - The cruise missile to be tested is in the pitch and roll angle in an approximate horizontal position (0 ° ± 3 °).
In
siehe dazu
- 1. der zu testende Marschflugkörper wird durch Aktivierung der 3 × 115V 400Hz der Testvorrichtung eingeschaltet (Mode Power-On);
- 2. der Marschflugkörper führt darauffolgend die Einschalttests (Mode PBIT) seiner Subsysteme (Rudermaschinen, Triebwerk, Infrarot-Suchkopf, Lenkung-Navigation, Gefechtskopf, Sicherheits-Schärfungs-System) auf die gleiche Weise wie während eines operationellen Hochlaufes aus;
- 3. dann führt der Marschflugkörper die ausgelösten Tests (Mode IBIT) seiner Subsysteme (Rudermaschinen, Triebwerk, Infrarot-Suchkopf, Lenkung-Navigation, Wirksystem, Sicherheits-Schärfung) auf die gleiche Weise wie während eines operationellen Hochlaufes durch, wobei allerdings folgende Subtests im Marschflugkörper zusätzlich aktiviert werden a. Test der Detektor-Zellen des Infrarot-Suchkopfes (feststellen, ob ein annähernd linearer Zusammenhang zwischen Integrationszeit und gemessenen Grauwerten besteht), wobei dem Infrarot-Suchkopf ein homogenes Bild (z.B. abdecken mit einer einfarbigen Decke) präsentiert werden muss (dieser Detektor-Test wird operationell nicht ausgeführt wegen der besonderen Bild-Bedingung und im Prüfablauf des Szenarios A nicht, weil er im vorausgehenden Funktionstest bereits ausgeführt wurde), b. expliziter Test des GPS-Empfängers (dieser Test wird operationell nicht aktiviert, weil er circa 120sec dauert und damit bestimmte Timeouts auf der Seite des Trägerflugzeuges überschritten würden);
- 4. dann prüft der Flugkörper (Mode Identifikation), ob die Selektions-Kriterien erfüllt sind, um mit der neuen Betriebart Wartung fortzufahren, genauso wie im Verfahrensschritt 4. im Prüfablauf des Szenario A;
- 5. falls mit der Betriebart Wartung fortgefahren wird und die Kommunkation zwischen Marschflugkörper und der Ground Loader Unit (GLU) erfolgreich etabliert ist, wird in den Zustand 'Mode MMD-Download' verzweigt, dort ein Missions-Plan von der Ground Loader Unit zum Flugkörper übertragen und im Marschflugkörper weiterverarbeitet (z.b. Geländedatenbank);
- 6. nach Abschluß des vorausgehenden Verfahrensschritt wird in den 'Mode Distribution' gewechselt in dem den Subsystemen des Marschflugkörpers die relevanten Teiles des Missions-Planes (z.B. Referenz-Modelle an den Infrarot-Suchkopf) mittels internem Daten-Bus übermittelt werden;
- 7. im 'Mode Distribution' initiiert der Marschflugkörper die zyklische Prüfung des Laser-Distanz-Sensor des Gefechtskopf-Subsystems, die bei Verlassen des Mode Standby wieder deaktiviert wird;
- 8. dann führen die Subsysteme des Marschflugkörpers einen kontinuierlichen Selbsttest (CBIT) aus, genauso wie im Verfahrensschritt 7. des Prüfablaufes im Szenario A;
- 9. im 'Mode Navigation Alignment' erfolgt die Initialisierung, Aufrichtung und Prüfung des Navigations-Systemes des Marschflugkörpers, genauso wie in den Verfahrensschritten 8. und 9. des Prüfablaufes im Szenario A;
- 10. im 'Mode Navigation Alignment' werden folgende zusätzliche Tests ausgeführt, welche operationell und während des Prüfablaufes im Szenario A nicht aktiviert werden a. wenn der Detektor des Infrarot-Suchkopfes des Marschflugkörpers Betriebstemperatur (gekühlt) erreicht hat, werden die Gimbals des Infrarot-Suchkopfes, durch welche der Detektor des Infrarot-Suchkopfes positioniert wird, nach einem vordefinierten Bewegungs-Muster angesteuert, wobei die Ist- mit der Soll-Bewegung verglichen wird und bei Abweichung Test-Abbruch erfolgt (Mode Mission Abort), und die Video-Information des abbildende Detektors wird am Bildschirm der Testvorrichtung dargestellt, so dass nach Entfernung der Abdeckung (siehe oben Verfahrensschritt 3.) der Testdurchführende das Video-Bild auf Plausibilität prüfen kann;
- 11. vom 'Mode Navigation Alignment' wird dann in den 'Mode Test Completion' übergegangen, wenn die selben Bedingungen wie im Verfahrensschritt 10. des Prüfablaufes im Szenario A erfüllt sind einschließlich folgender zusätzlichen Bedingung a. dem GPS-Empfänger des zu testenden Marschflugkörpers muss das GPS-Signal der GPS-Antenne des Marschflugkörpers zugeleitet werden und der GPS-Empfänger muss aufgrund dieses Signales valide Navigations-Ergebnisse (z.B. valide UTC-time, stimmige Position, Geschwindigkeit, normal performance, lock zu 4 oder mehr Satelliten, figure of meit < 3) melden;
- 1. the cruise missile to be tested is switched on by activating the 3 × 115V 400 Hz of the test device (Mode Power-On);
- 2. the cruise missile subsequently performs the power-on mode (PBIT) tests on its subsystems (steering, engine, infra-red seeker, steering navigation, warhead, safety-sharpening system) in the same way as during an operational run-up;
- 3. then the cruise missile performs the tests (mode IBIT) of its subsystems (steering, engine, infra-red seeker, steering-navigation, power-system, safety-sharpening) in the same way as during an operational run-up, subject to the following subtests in the Cruise missiles are additionally activated a. Test the detector cells of the infrared seeker head (determine if there is an approximate linear relationship between integration time and measured gray values) and present a homogeneous image to the infra-red seeker (eg cover with a monochrome blanket) not operationally executed because of the special picture condition and in the test procedure of scenario A, because it was already executed in the previous function test), b. explicit test of the GPS receiver (this test is not operationally activated because it lasts about 120 seconds and would therefore exceed certain timeouts on the side of the carrier aircraft);
- 4. then the missile (Mode Identification) checks whether the selection criteria are met in order to continue with the new maintenance mode, just as in method step 4 in the test procedure of scenario A;
- 5. If the maintenance mode is continued and the communication between the cruise missile and the Ground Loader Unit (GLU) has been successfully established, then the mode 'MMD download mode' is displayed, there a mission plan from the Ground Loader Unit to the missile transferred and further processed in the cruise missile (eg terrain database);
- 6. after completion of the preceding process step is in the 'Mode Distribution' changed in the subsystems of the cruise missile, the relevant part of the mission plan (eg reference models to the infrared seeker) are transmitted by means of internal data bus;
- 7. In 'Mode Distribution', the cruise missile initiates cyclical testing of the laser range sensor of the warhead subsystem, which is deactivated when leaving Mode Standby;
- 8. then the subsystems of the cruise missile perform a continuous self-test (CBIT), just as in step 7. of the test procedure in scenario A;
- 9. in the 'Mode Navigation Alignment' the initialization, erection and testing of the navigation system of the cruise missile takes place, as well as in process steps 8 and 9 of the test procedure in scenario A;
- 10. In the 'Mode Navigation Alignment', the following additional tests are performed which are not activated operationally and during the test procedure in scenario A: a. when the detector of the infrared seeker head of the cruise missile has reached operating temperature (cooled), the gimbals of the infrared seeker head, through which the detector of the infrared seeker head is positioned, are driven according to a predefined motion pattern, the actual with the target Motion is compared and test deviation occurs in case of deviation (Mode Mission Abort), and the video information of the imaging detector is displayed on the screen of the test device, so that after removal of the cover (see method step 3 above) the test executing the video Check image for plausibility;
- 11. The 'Mode Navigation Alignment' is then transferred to the 'Mode Test Completion' if the same conditions as in method step 10 of the test procedure in scenario A are fulfilled, including the following additional condition a. the GPS receiver of the cruise missile under test must be given the GPS signal of the cruise ship's GPS antenna and the GPS receiver must obtain valid navigation results (eg valid UTC time, harmonious position, speed, normal performance, lock) based on this signal report to 4 or more satellites, figure of meit <3);
- 12. in the 'Mode Test Completion' the cruise missile then deletes its mission plan (eg stored in a flash memory) and, after successful deletion by Milbus, signals the successful completion of the test procedure to the Milbus control unit of the test device.
- a. im Prüfschritt 12. von Szenario B/C ('Mode Test Completion') erfolgt kein Löschen des Missions-Planes, weil der Marschflugkörper nachfolgend ja betankt und verschossen werden soll, so dass sofort nach Eintritt in den 'Mode Test Completion' der erfolgreiche Abschluß des Prüfablaufes' an das Milbus-Steuergerät der Testvorrichtung gemeldet wird;
- b. falls z.B. im Rahmen von Auslandseinsätzen der Radarhöhenmesser-Signal-Verzögerer (RALT-Delay-Line,
siehe
- a. In the test step 12th of scenario B / C ('Mode Test Completion') there is no deletion of the mission plan, because the cruise missile is to be refueled and fired, so that immediately after entering the 'Mode Test Completion' the successful completion the test procedure 'is reported to the Milbus control unit of the test apparatus;
- b. if, for example, in the context of foreign missions the radar altimeter signal retarder (RALT delay line, see
4 ) is not available, in step 11 of scenario B / C not the associated condition (see step 10.d. in scenario A) is taken into account for the transition to the 'Mode Test Completion'; - c. if, for example, in the context of foreign missions no bottle with coolant for the Detector of the infrared seeker head and no screen (see
4 ), the method step 10.a. of scenario B / C.
The above described test procedures for the scenarios A, B, C and D are in a single new operating mode (maintenance) the operational mission software implements, assuming is that the operational mission software of the cruise missile over a Operational mode (sharp shot) and other special operating modes for education and wing flight testing.
The Selection of this new operating mode within the operational Mission software of the cruise missile takes place by means of the method described in step 4. of the scenario A. Method.
- - test of the detector cells of the infrared seeker head (see method step 3.a. of scenario B / C),
- - explicit test of the GPS receiver (see step 3.b. of scenario B / C),
- Movement of the detector of the infrared seeker and video visualization (see method step 10.a. of the scenario B / C),
- - deletion of the mission plan (see exception a of scenario D),
- Additional transition condition in step 11.a. Scenarios B / C (satellite receiver lock-on of the GPS receiver using the GPS antenna of the cruise missile),
- - irrelevance of the exception b. Scenario D (validly measured radar altitude of defined size).
Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention
- - the test of reversible functions of an operational cruise missile with a test depth and width is made possible which goes well beyond the test depth and breadth of the operational run-up,
- - the test functionality is implemented as a new operating mode maintenance of the operational mission software of the cruise missile, so no special test software needs to be loaded into the mainframe of the cruise missile,
- The extent of the test functionality of the new operating mode can be configured so that it is suitable for the particular situation at hand,
- - The necessary test equipment consists of standard equipment and is small in scope, resulting in low acquisition costs and easy transportability.
Irreversible Funktionen des operationellen Marschflugkörpers können nur mittels Verschuß getestet werden, wodurch dann allerdings der Marschflugkörper unbrauchbar wird.irreversible Functions of the operational cruise missile can only be tested by means of firing which, however, makes the cruise missile useless.
