Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Metalloxid-Nanoteilchen, insbesondere halbleitenden Metalloxid-Nanoteilchen, die mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erhältlichen Metalloxid-Nanoteilchen sowie deren Verwendung insbesondere im Bereich der Elektronik oder Elektrooptik. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren können insbesondere Produkte mit hoher Kristallinität und Reinheit erhalten werden, welche keinerlei Heteroatome enthalten.
