Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mindestens eine metallische und/oder keramische Komponente aufweisenden Hohlkörpers vorgeschlagen. Dabei wird ein Bindermaterial mit einem keramischen und/oder metallischen Pulver gemischt (10). Die Viskosität des Gemischs wird auf einen Wert von über 1000 Pascalsekunden eingestellt (12). Das Gemisch wird mittels einer oder mehrerer Düsen zu einem Schlauch (110) geformt (14), welcher mittels eines Blasformverfahrens zu einem Grünling geformt wird (16). Der Grünling wird unter Entfernung des Bindermaterials in einen Braunling umgewandelt (18), welcher wiederum durch einen Temperaturbehandlungsschritt (20) in den fertigen Hohlkörper umgewandelt wird.
