  • To expose the cover substrate 8 is conveyed or wound by the upper roller 12 and the carrier substrate 10 by the lower roller 13 (see FIG. 2).   • The amount of cleaning agent in a chamber 9 can be sufficient for a cleaning or washing process, so that one chamber 9 is released by the agents 6 per cleaning cycle.
