Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for applying Mud from a body of water, especially from a harbor basin.
As is known, harbor basins in particular silt up due to Sediment deposits over time.
It is particularly critical here that the sludge in such a Port basins are often contaminated by pollutants. That is, a such mud that spreads from the harbor basin from time to time in order to provide the required water depth in the long term, must be disposed of as special waste.
Filtrationsverfahren. Methods are now also known of how the port sludge can be removed from the port basin. On the one hand, it is known to dredge the sewage sludge using excavators set up on the bank. The advantage of this method is that the sewage sludge is not essentially distributed in the water, even when there is a current, but is directly applied. The disadvantage here, however, is that the riparian zone is exposed to considerable loads. In addition, it is known to remove the sewage sludge using so-called "dredgers". Such a dredger usually has an attachment in the form of a knife head for loosening the sludge. The loosened sludge is then sucked off by means of pumps. A particular disadvantage here is that a high proportion of the loosened or loosened sludge swims away and the water is heavily polluted, since due to the loosening, the pollutants in the sludge also get into the water. This means that both the flora and the fauna of the water are exposed to considerable loads. Another disadvantage of this method is that a considerable amount of water is produced. Studies have been carried out, from which it emerged that in order to achieve 2,800 t of dry substrate in water sludge, an amount of approx. 91,000 m 3 of water has to be extracted. The water pumped in this way cannot be returned directly to the body of water, for example the harbor basin, but has to be treated. This is done, for example, by centrifuges or filtration processes.
Hierbei wird dem Rüsselvorsatz Umgebungswasser zugeführt, um ein pumpfähiges Medium bereitzustellen.DE 39 23 113 A1 describes a device for the disposal of pumpable substances contaminated sea and sea floors. This Device works in the manner of a vacuum cleaner, the trunk attachment along the floor, and a mud-water mixture aspirates and drains. The proboscis becomes surrounding water supplied to provide a pumpable medium.
Here, a shell gripper is provided that by a housing extending in its movement distance against the underwater environment is shielded to prevent the gripper swirled soil material into the surrounding water arrives.
Die US-A 5,970,635 zeigt eine der DE 39 23 113 A1 ähnliche Vorrichtung, wobei hierbei das vom Boden gelöste Material in das umgebende Wasser abgegeben wird.US-A 5,970,635 shows a device similar to DE 39 23 113 A1, the material loosened from the ground into the surrounding water is delivered.
DE 195 06 991 A1 describes a method and a device for Homogenization, classification and extraction of water sludges known. Here, a hollow cylinder is provided, within which a rotor works to break down the sludge on the ground. Furthermore Measures described how to prevent that in the mud existing heavy metals dissolve in the water to the surrounding To protect water.
It follows, as already explained above, that this method does not is only complex and expensive, but is also not environmentally friendly.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a method for Application of sludge from a body of water, and here in particular to provide a harbor basin, which is essential on the one hand requires less amount of liquid to be processed, and above that is also environmentally friendly.
According to the invention, such a method is characterized by the following work steps:
- a) Einsetzen eines seitlich geschlossenen aber oben offenen Gehäuses in den Schlamm eines Gewässers zur Bildung eines im Wesentlichen abgeschlossenen Raumes, wobei das Gehäuse über die Wasseroberfläche übersteht;a) Inserting a laterally closed but open housing in the mud a body of water to form an essentially enclosed space, the housing projecting above the water surface;
- b) Abpumpen des über dem Schlamm im Gehäuse anstehenden Klarwassers in das umgebende Gewässer;b) Pumping off the pending mud in the housing Clear water into the surrounding water;
- c) Einführung eines Flüssigkeitsspülkopfes in den abgeschlossenen Raum zum Auflockern des Schlammes in dem Gehäuse;c) Introduction of a liquid rinsing head in the closed Space for loosening the sludge in the housing;
- d) Absaugen des Gemisches aus Flüssigkeit und Schlamm durch eine Pumpe;d) sucking off the mixture of liquid and sludge a pump;
- e) Trennung von Schlamm und Flüssigkeit;e) separation of sludge and liquid;
- f) Versetzen des Gehäuses zur erneuten Durchführung der Verfahrensschritte a) bis b).f) moving the housing to carry out process steps a) to b) again.
The formation of an essentially closed cavity Inserting a housing in the mud of the water is in the This essentially means that the mud as such is already in shallow depth is relatively firm. Is the mud that is inside the Housing, that is located within the closed room, dissolved and suctioned off, so after pulling out the housing, for example of a pipe with a diameter of approx. 1 m, moving it Pipe adjacent to the location where the pipe was previously had been admitted. This means that there is a section by section Cleaning the harbor basin. The advantage of this section-by-section cleaning the harbor basin with such a tube to form a confined space is that a significantly smaller Amount of waste water accrues than is the case in the prior art is. In particular, it is essential that the water, which is used to loosen up the Mud is used, and that after saturation with the mud is sucked off, after the appropriate separation again the liquid keitsspülkopf can be supplied. That means it finds one Reuse of water instead, therefore a promotion in the circle. It is therefore not constantly pumping fresh water, as is the case with State of the art the case is - as already described - through the sludge is churned or loosened, and by means of a pump, everything in the vicinity of the cutter head Water is drawn off. The method according to the invention is therefore not only environmentally compatible insofar as the pollution of the surrounding water during the time of application of the sludge is significantly reduced, but the process is also essential cheaper because there is only a small amount of water to be treated must become.
Specifically, it is provided that the housing in the mud is rammed to a point where the mud is relative is solidified. The sludge and liquid are separated in particular by belt presses or belt presses; this is so far possible because the amount of wastewater generated in relation to the The amount of waste water in the prior art is relatively low. At the The state of the art is used to treat the wastewater under Using centrifuges, which is a much higher Energy consumption in contrast to a belt press conditional.
Anhand der Zeichnungen bzw. Diagramme wird die Erfindung nachstehend beispielhaft näher erläutert: The invention is described below with the aid of the drawings or diagrams exemplified in more detail:

Fig. 3 shows schematically the formation of the enclosed space by a housing sitting in the mud.
In the prior art according to diagram 1 , a processing time of 60 days with 16 hours each has been set. The spreading of the sludge begins with loosening of the sludge and subsequent pumping out of the water mixed with sludge, whereby in the course of a coarse and solid separation, 2,800 t of dry substrate are obtained with a dirty water volume of 93,333 m 3 . As part of this coarse and foreign matter separation, 280 t of dry substrate are created for disposal on a special waste landfill. The remaining 2,520 t of dry substrate are homogenized and conditioned, whereby a further 2,470 t of dry substrate of weakly contaminated solids are obtained by dewatering. The rest is fed to the filtration, which ultimately results in 91,179 m 3 of water and 50 t of dry substrate are then fed as filter cake to the hazardous waste landfill.
In diagram 2 , which relates to the method according to the invention, only 1,918 m 3 of water ultimately result, which can be fed to the clear water phase of the sewage treatment plant, and 2 t of dry substrate, which have to be disposed of as filter cakes on the hazardous waste landfill. It is essential in this diagram that the water from the buffer storage is immediately fed back to the rinsing head, as can be seen directly from the diagram. Accordingly, the water is circulated here, which is made possible in particular by the fact that a limited volume of water is available through the housing due to the enclosed space, which, however, can be enriched with the corresponding sludge much higher than in the prior art, where, in principle, the entire body of water, where applicable, the water in a harbor basin is mixed with mud in a low concentration.
From Fig. 3, the construction can be seen how the application of the sewage sludge takes place from the enclosed space. A pipe 2 , for example with a diameter of 1.5 m, is rammed into the mud 3 into the water 1 until it hits the paved layers. Before the subsequent process steps, the clear water above the sludge is pumped into the surrounding water in order not to unnecessarily burden the waste water balance. Then a so-called liquid rinsing head 4 is let into the pipe, water is added to loosen the sludge in the closed space and to be pumped out by the pump arranged in the liquid rinsing head (arrow 5 ). After the sludge has been discharged so far, the pipe 2 is lifted and driven into the sludge immediately adjacent to the first point. The process for cleaning sludge from a harbor basin then continues in sections.
