Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Apparat und ein Verfahren zur Formgebung von Zierpflanzen wie z. B. Buchsbäumen. Der Apparat besteht dabei im wesentlichen aus den Bauelementen Fixiereinrichtung, Führungsschiene und der Verstelleinrichtung (hier Teleskop). Der Anspruch des Patentes liegt in der Idee als solche, sowie dem technischen Apparat selbst. The invention relates to an apparatus and a method for shaping ornamental plants such as B. box trees. In Fig. 1 ist ein Apparat zur Beschneidung von z. B. Buchsbäumen dargestellt. Der Apparat wird mittels einer Fixiereinrichtung (1) am Stamm (10) einer Zierpflanze (hier Buchsbaum) fixiert. Die Fixiereinrichtung kann dabei der Größe des Stammes durch Gummielemente (7) angepasst werden. Zum Anbringen und Abnehmen des Apparates wird eine Klappe (8) an der Fixiereinrichtung geschlossen bzw. geöffnet, im geschlossenen Zustand wird die Klappe durch eine Schraube (9) geschlossen gehalten. Vor dem Anbringen der Fixiereinrichtung sind die zweigeteilten Gummielemente oder ähnliches um den Stamm zu legen. Die Gummielemente werden durch die Klappe der Fixiereinrichtung an den Stamm gedrückt und ermöglichen so die Fixierung des Apparates am Stamm der Zierpflanze. Mit der Führungsschiene (2) wird der Schneidapparat (3) um den zu beschneidenden Teil (9) der Pflanze geführt. Die Führungsschiene (2) kann dabei aus unterschiedlichen rotationssymmetrischen Formen bestehen, welche in dem Drehpunkt (5) gelagert sind. Die Führungsschiene ist so um die x-Achse drehbar gelagert. Für unterschiedlich große Zierpflanzen sind dabei unterschiedlich große Führungsschienen vorgesehen, der Abstand der Drehpunkte (5) in x-Richtung kann dabei durch einen Teleskoparm (4) verstellt werden, wodurch ein Beschneiden unterschiedlich großer Pflanzen möglich ist. Der Abstand der Fixiereinrichtung und somit der Führungsschiene zum beschneidenden Teil des Baumes kann durch verschieben der Fixiereinrichtung in z-Richtung erfolgen. Der Schneidapparat ist drehbar gelagert und wird hier im Halbkreis mit gleichem Abstand zur Führungsschiene um den zu beschneidenden Teil der Pflanze geführt. Ausgesparte Flächen z. B. bei einer Kugel, können durch Umsetzen der Fixiereinrichtung (Drehung um die Z-Achse) nachbearbeitet werden. In Fig. 1 is an apparatus for trimming z. B. box trees are shown. With the guide rail ( 2 ), the cutting device ( 3 ) is guided around the part ( 9 ) of the plant to be cut. The guide rail ( 2 ) can consist of different rotationally symmetrical shapes which are mounted in the pivot point ( 5 ). The guide rail is thus rotatably supported about the x-axis. Guide rails of different sizes are provided for decorative plants of different sizes; the distance of the pivot points ( 5 ) in the x direction can be adjusted by a telescopic arm ( 4 ), which makes it possible to prune plants of different sizes. The distance between the fixing device and thus the guide rail from the trimming part of the tree can be achieved by moving the fixing device in the z direction. The cutting device is rotatably mounted and is guided around the part of the plant to be cut in a semicircle at the same distance from the guide rail. Reclaimed areas e.g. B. with a ball, can be reworked by moving the fixing device (rotation around the Z axis).
Fig. 2 zeigt eine zweite mögliche Variante des Apparates. Hier wird der Teleskoparm um den Stamm mittels eines Ringes (11) geführt. Um ein Anbringen des Ringes und der Fixiereinrichtung (1) zu ermöglichen sind beide Teile zweigeteilt. Die Einzelteile werden dabei mittels eines Klemmverschlusses (12) um den Stamm des Baumes befestigt. Der Ring (11) selber wird durch eine Einkerbung in der Fixiereinrichtung geführt. Mit dieser Applikation des Schneidapparates ist es möglich den formzugebenden Teil des Baumes z. B. eine Kugelform ohne Umsetzung der Fixiereinrichtung (1) zu bearbeiten.
