Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sunroof with a translucent cover for a roof opening in a vehicle of any type according to DE 199 11 811 C1, the cover comprising a cover plate, preferably designed as a transparent glass pane 12 , on the underside of which a solar cell composite 14 by means of an adhesive film 16 is glued on. From DE 199 37 221 C1 a sunroof is known, according to which a closure element 14 consists of a main solar generator 24 and an additional solar generator 34 of the same type be, the additional solar generator 34 is arranged below the main solar generator 24 and can be pushed out from this position to the solar-generated power to increase. From DE 199 07 232 C1 a sunroof is also state of the art, from which the electrical energy generated by the solar cells for operating a fan motor or also for the vehicle battery can be conducted as an energy store (see description in column 2, lines 36 to 40 ). ,
It is therefore an object of the invention to generate electrical energy for a larger one Number of consumers to increase, especially in the peak period to be dependent on the vehicle battery when using the solar cells generated electrical energy is insufficient.
To solve this problem, not only the solar modules are made transparent, so that they can convert light into electrical energy from two sides and as a side effect perfect light can get into the interior of the vehicle through the roof opening, but will also provided at least one additional generator of a special design, which in contrast attached to the usual generator operated by the vehicle engine on the sunroof, who works independently of the vehicle engine and thus generates energy especially for a larger number of consumers such as air conditioning, electric brakes, electric Vehicle heating in winter, for example, with the vehicle engine switched off, filling up the vehicle Ensures battery and the like more even when the generation of electrical Energy from the solar cells is less or less in bad weather or at night even fails completely. Fortunately, this also lowers the fuel partly while driving, for example to operate an air conditioning system in the vehicle with the help the vehicle battery noticeable. Through at least one energy storage device that is in the immediate vicinity The energy-carrying cables are located near the solar modules on the sunroof conditions between solar modules and energy storage and between the additional generator particularly short on the sunroof and energy storage.
Details of the sunroof according to the invention in the design and arrangement of its The entirety and its individual parts are specified in the subclaims.
Hier bei zeigen:The invention is described and illustrated below using exemplary embodiments. here at show:

Fig. 4 shows a section through a vehicle with a cladding column, in which a housing for receiving a membrane fuel cell and at least one hydrogen cartridge is provided.
In a motor vehicle according to FIG. 1, a sunroof 1 is provided, which is lifted out of the opening 2 manually, electrically or the like approximately upwards and in guides 3 to the front or to the rear, or half to the front and half (see FIG. 1 ) can be moved so that air gets inside the vehicle. The guides 3 end in the direction of travel A on a brake bar 3 a, which is beveled in the direction of travel A towards the vehicle roof in order to keep the air resistance as low as possible while driving. A corresponding brake bar is not absolutely necessary for the guides against the direction of travel, especially if these guides have an end stop for the corresponding sunroof part. In this sunroof 1 are solar modules 6 with z. B. monokri stallinen or polycrystalline solar cells in particular in the form of thin-film elements, which are covered by a translucent cover 4 , as shown in Fig. 3 is Darge. This lid 4 can be made of glass, made of recyclable polyurethane elastomer with its very good mechanical properties such as good wear resistance and good damping and resilience, polycarbonate or another material that is translucent and has the required strength values. For the manufacturing process and for assembly purposes, it is advantageous if the solar modules 6 with the connecting tracks (not shown) embedded in the same translucent material of the cover 4 , e.g. B. can be shed, especially since leaks are automatically avoided in this way and they can form a structural unit with the lid 4 , even if they are only glued together.
If the solar modules 6 and their contact tracks - in a known manner - are also translucent, they can either - as stated above - together in the cover 4 z. B. of glass, polyurethane elastomer or the like embedded (z. B. potted) or the electrical connections (contact tracks of all kinds, possibly also out as a wire harness forms) to the energy storage devices 8 between above also equally translucent from spacers. If necessary, energy consumers such as lamps (LED and / or PLED) can also be provided here, since they can then be replaced if necessary. The translucent solar modules 6 can then not only receive light from two sides and thus improve their performance, but they also let light get into the vehicle interior when the sunroof is not lifted out of the roof opening 2 . It is left to the person skilled in the art whether the solar modules are arranged in the sunroof 1 to match the shape of the vehicle roof 10 or - if the thickness of the vehicle roof 10 permits it - in the form of a lamella at a fixed or adjustable angle to the roof shape, the angle being set manually or automatically - can also be adjustable in time (compare the content of De 199 07 333 C1 as prior art) in order to improve the performance of the solar modules 6 in that light reaches them from two sides, even when the sunroof 1 comes out of the opening 2 was lifted out and pushed completely onto the opaque vehicle roof 10 . Of course, a division of the sunroof 1 is also possible in this case, of which one part is pushed forwards from the opening 2 , the other part is pushed backwards (see here also if DE 199 07 333 C1).
Die Solarmoduln 6 sind im Schiebedach 1 z. B. reihenweise angeordnet. The solar modules 6 are in the sunroof 1 z. B. arranged in rows. Between the individual rows or on them, below them or at their edges 6 a are the assigned energy storage devices 8 (see FIGS . 3 and 1), advantageously as thin-film elements, which may also be translucent, as is known from US Pat. No. 6,104,597 is known per se. The expert will determine whether this energy storage 8 z. B. should be designed as batteries or as high-performance capacitors.
In addition to the energy storage 8 of the sliding roof 1 are provided strip-shaped membrane fuel cells and hydrogen cartridges for a supplementary energy on the edge - preferably in a separate housing 12 with einschnappbarem lid to the hydrogen cartridges easily after being used to replace a. It is advantageous if there is space in the housing 12 a for several hydrogen cartridges, which - similar to a multi-shot rifle - are controlled to the membrane fuel cell. This arrangement is particularly advantageous because of the short line path to the energy stores 8 of the solar modules 6 , which can thus also store the electrical energy obtained in this additional manner, if necessary. The housing 12 a for a strip-shaped membrane fuel cell with associated hydrogen cartridges 12 , however, can also in cavities in the lining of the vehicle such. B. in the A-, B- and C-pillars (see Fig. 4). In such a case, the conduction paths to the storage elements 8 on the sliding roof 1 in the area of the solar modules 6 are longer, but the gain in energy is considerable.
In addition to the braking energy, further possibilities known per se to obtain additional energy and convert it into electrical energy include the shock absorber energy (see DE 196 47 031 A1), the vibration energy (see DE 195 20 521 A1) and the sound energy. Energy (see DE 196 02 203 A1). The energy thus obtained can also be passed individually or collectively to the energy stores 8 on the sunroof 1 , from where it is supplied to the various consumers. Since the sunroof can be moved or - as will be explained further below - even partially or completely removed from the vehicle roof 10 , the electrical lines leading from the individual vehicle parts are to be arranged in accordance with regulations before being connected to the energy stores 8 of the sunroof 1 and / or if necessary a temporary connection is made with the energy storage device which is dependent on the vehicle engine.
There is the possibility that the solar modules 6 themselves form the cover 4 for the roof opening 2 , whereby on the outside they have a known translucent and dirt-repellent layer against environmental influences such as moisture and temperature (see brochure of the company NOWOFOL & Kunststoffprodukte GmbH & Co KG in 83313 Siegsdorf / Obb.). However, in order to prevent these solar modules 6 from being damaged from outside outside the operating time, a sliding cover or insertable into the roof opening 2 (not shown) should be provided, which is mechanically secured against removal from the inside of the vehicle, in particular mechanically. The choice in the design of such a fuse is left to the expert.
Should incidence of light through the sunroof 1 be avoided, this can be done by a curtain-like (not shown) "sliding roof", which of course also as manual or z. B. electrically operable single or multi-part fixed cover can be formed.
In order to be able to use the energy cartridge in the sunroof 1 of solar modules 6 and membrane fuel cells with water cartridges 12 and stored in the storage elements 8 , if necessary, even outside the vehicle at a greater or lesser distance, the cover 4 of the sunroof 1 or this even a separable catch on how z. B. from DE 40 03 399 C2 with a sun visor is known per se, the special design of this locking of the respective constructive conditions and the desired design depends.
Finally, there is also the structural possibility of designing the sunroof in the manner of a roller blind (see FIG. 2) and attaching it to a roller 14 in the vehicle, as can be derived from DE 198 50 296 A1 in several constructive variants. In order to be able to remove the sunroof 1 from the vehicle in this case as well, the actuation connections for the "roller blind" must of course be separated beforehand in a manner known per se.
Consumers for the electrical energy obtained or stored in the sunroof 1 , the z. B. can be connected via a (not shown) plug contact on the sunroof 1 , z. B. an air conditioning system in the vehicle, electric motors for a fan, the raising and lowering of the window panes, the actuation of a "roller blind" of any type and / or the sunroof 1 , the adjustment of exterior and interior mirrors and the like. Of course, this energy can also be used to charge the vehicle battery and operate window heaters, cool boxes and the like.
The above-described sunroof 1 can be used not only in vehicles of conventional design, such as cars, trucks, buses, but also in railways, ships and in all types of electric vehicles such as, for. B. use with an EZ-Go golf scooter. It can be left open whether in these cases a removal of the sunroof 1 from the intended installation position to a different location makes sense or should be avoided for cost reasons.
This is a supplementary generator that works independently of the sunroof with hydrogen powered (DMFC) direct methanol fuel cell.
