Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Photovoltaikmodule und
insbesondere Photovoltaikmodule, die im Rahmen einer
Photovoltaikanlage in Gebäuden eingesetzt werden, gemäß dem
Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Aus Photovoltaikmodulen bestehende Photovoltaikanlagen
werden heutzutage verstärkt in die Gebäudehülle integriert
und übernehmen neben der Stromerzeugung weitere Aufgaben
wie z. B. Witterungs-, Sonnen-, Schall- und Sichtschutz.
Des weiteren dienen Photovoltaikanlagen auch der
Wärmedämmung sowie der elektromagnetischen Abschirmung. Die
Photovoltaikmodule enthalten Solarzellen, im folgenden
Zellen genannt.
Üblicherweise werden Photovoltaikmodule in Schrägdächern,
in überdachten Glasatrien sowie in Gebäudefassaden
eingebaut.
Insbesondere bei Neubauten übernehmen Photovoltaikmodule
die Funktion der äußersten Schicht der Gebäudehülle und
können sogar im Rahmen der weitestgehenden Integration die
komplette Gebäudehülle bilden.
Es existieren mehrere konstruktive Varianten für
Photovoltaikmodule: Für Gebäudehüllen weist die der Sonne
zugewandte Seite eine Glasabdeckung auf, wobei die
Rückseite mit Kunststoff oder Verbundsicherheitsglas
abgedeckt und/oder im Isolierglasaufbau ausgeführt sein
kann, um die Anforderungen hinsichtlich Wärmedämmung etc.
erfüllen zu können. Es sind aber auch Ausführungen denkbar,
bei denen statt Glas Acryl bzw. beliebige transparente
Kunststoffplatten eingesetzt werden.
Beim Einbau von Photovoltaikanlagen in Fassaden und/oder
Dächern sieht man, wenn man sich im Inneren des Gebäudes
befindet, die Rückseite der einzelnen Photovoltaikmodule
bzw. Zellen. Diese weisen meistens eine graue Farbe auf
oder sind gefleckt ausgestaltet. In bestimmten Fällen sind
sogar die Stromableiter sichtbar. Diese Tatsache wirkt sich
negativ auf die ästhetische Qualität eines Gebäudes aus,
vor allem dann, wenn die Photovoltaikanlage die komplette
Gebäudehülle bildet.
Aus der DE 93 10 759 U1 ist ein vorzugsweise als Fassaden-
oder als Dachbauelement verwendbarer Solargenerator bekannt,
bestehend aus zwischen zwei Schmelzkleberfolien gelegten
und miteinander verschalteten Solarzellen und aus zwei
jeweils eine Schmelzkleberfolie abdeckende
Schutzabdeckungen vorzugsweise aus Glas, wobei die
lichtseitenabgewandte Schmelzkleberfolie eine
Farbpigmentierung enthält, welche auf der
Lichteinfallsoberfläche den durch die Solarzellen
unbedeckten Teilen des Solargenerators eine der Farbe der
Solarzellen angepasste Farbtönung verleiht. Hierbei kann
das Aussehen der Rückseite der Solarzellen nach der
Herstellung nicht frei gestaltet werden.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe
zugrunde, ein Photovoltaikmodul mit einzelnen Solarzellen
zur Integration in Gebäudehüllen, insbesondere in ein Dach
oder eine Fassade, derart auszubilden, dass die oben
erwähnten Nachteile des Standes der Technik vermieden
werden. Insbesondere soll auch die Rückseite der
Photovoltaikmodule das Auge des Betrachters ansprechen, um
somit einen erhöhten Wohn- bzw. Arbeitskomfort zu
gewährleisten. Hierbei soll das Aussehen der Rückseite der
Photovoltaikmodule frei gestaltbar sein
Diese Aufgabe wird durch den kennzeichnenden Teil der
Patentansprüche 1 und 2 gelöst.
Demnach wird vorgeschlagen, die Rückseite der Zellen der
Photovoltaikmodule farbig zu gestalten. Erfindungsgemäß
wird zu diesem Zweck eine Lackschicht oder eine Folie einer
gewünschten Farbe eingesetzt. Auf diese Weise wird eine
optische Anpassung des Photovoltaikmoduls an die Umgebung
und Inneneinrichtung gewährleistet.
Als Farbe kann jede gewünschte Farbe oder
auch Farbkombination verwendet werden. In diesem
Zusammenhang ist es möglich, die Farbe derart auszuwählen,
dass die Wärmeeigenschaften der Gebäudehülle verbessert
werden.
Claims (2)
1. Photovoltaikmodul mit einzelnen Solarzellen zur
Integration in Gebäudehüllen, insbesondere in ein Dach
oder eine Fassade, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Rückseiten der einzelnen Solarzellen mit einer farbigen
Lackschicht versehen sind.
2. Photovoltaikmodul mit einzelnen Solarzellen zur
Integration in Gebäudehüllen, insbesondere in ein Dach
oder eine Fassade, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Rückseiten der einzelnen Solarzellen mit einer farbigen
Folie kaschiert sind.
