Die Verwendung eines Doppelgelenkscharniers 16 ist insbesondere in solchen Fällen notwendig, wenn im Innenraum des Fahrzeuges seitlich nicht ausreichend genug Freiraum zur Anordnung der Sitzteile 10 in der hochgeklappten Lage vorhanden ist. In dem in der Fig. 3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung befinden sich an der linken und rechten Seitenwand des Fahrzeuges jeweils Ablagefächer 24, so dass die Sitzteile 10 beim Verschwenken in ihre Nichtgebrauchslage in eine höhere Position gebracht werden müssen. In vorteilhafter Weise wird dieses durch die Anordnung von Doppelgelenkscharnieren 16 zum Verschwenken der Sitzteile 10 erreicht.In FIG. 3, a second preferred embodiment of the rear seat assembly according to the invention with two vehicle seats. Hintersitzanordnung eines Fahrzeuges, insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeuges, mit wenigstens einem in seiner Lage veränderbaren Fahrzeugsitz, der ein Sitzteil (10) und eine Rückenlehne (12) aufweist, wobei die Rückenlehne (12) um wenigstens eine quer zur Fahrtrichtung des Fahrzeuges verlaufende Schwenkachse schwenkbar und nach vorne klappbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzteil (10) des Fahrzeugsitzes an seiner Außenseite über wenigstens ein Scharnier (14, 16) mit in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung verlaufender Schwenkachsrichtung drehbeweglich am Fahrzeugboden (18) des Fahrzeuges befestigt ist.1.
