Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Ausführungsform des durch Patent Nr. 89077 geschützten Wassermessers und hat den Zweck, den einseitigen Antrieb des Flügelrades und dadurch das theilweise Laufen desselben in sogenanntem Todtwasser sowie einseitiges Auslaufen der Flügelradwellenlager zu vermeiden und eine „gröfsere Empfindlichkeit und Genauigkeit des Apparates zu erzielen. Es wird dies durch eine eigenartige Anordnung von Kanälen im Messergehäuse sowie eine veränderte Anordnung der Einströmungsöffnungen des Gehäuseeinsatzes bewirkt, wie dies die beiliegende Zeichnung erkennen lä'fst, auf welcher Fig. ι und 2 bezw. Horizontalschnitte nach Linien A-B und C-D der Fig. 3, die Fig. 3 und 4 bezw. Die Lichtweiten sämmtlicher Bohrungen sind einander gleich, ebenso ihre Tangentenwinkel.
