  • - bei der im Griffstück (5) noch eine Schnell­ stoppeinrichtung (6) und ein regelbares Drossel­ ventil oder ein kombiniertes, zweistufig auf Durchgang schaltbares, Schnelltop-/Schnell­ drosselventil angeordnet ist, wobei eine erste Schaltstufe auf Durchgang zum Duschen, eine zweite Schaltstufe auf gedrosselten Durchgang zur Mitnahme von Waschlotion und eine dritte Schaltstufe zum Verschluß der Schnellstopp- /Schnelldrosseleinrichtung schaltbar ist und
  • - bei der im Duschbrausekopf (1) ein Wasserrad (9) angeordnet ist, wobei die Drehachse (11) des Wasserrades (9) durch die Lochscheibe (13) des Duschbrausekopfes (1) hindurch reicht und
  • - wobei an dieser Drehachse (11) eine Rotations­ bürste (14) mit im wesentlichen in Ebenen parallel zur Drehachse (11) angeordneten Borsten befindlich ist oder ein Schwamm solchermaßen angeordnet ist oder
  • - wobei an der Drehachse (11) des Wasserrades (9) oder an dem Wasserrad (9) eine rotierbare Lochscheibe (13) angeordnet und mittels Mitnehmer (12) damit drehfest verbunden ist, an deren Außenfläche Borsten oder ein gelochter Schwamm oder teilweise Borsten und Schwamm angeordnet sind oder daß die Lochscheibe selbst als Bürste und/oder als Schwamm ausgebildet ist und
