Abstract
Description

Die herkömmlichen Tankklappen müssen aufgrund ihrer Konstruktion manuell (per Hand) ge schlossen und geöffnet werden. Beim Tanken entsteht dadurch Benzingeruch an den Händen, weil das Benzin in die Mulde (10) spritzt und sich auf die Tankklappe (1) verteilt. Deswegen ist eine Vorrichtung notwendig, die die Tankklappe (1) ohne handliche Betätigung öffnet und schließt.Due to their design, conventional tank flaps have to be closed and opened manually (by hand). Die Tankklappe (1) (Fig. 1) wird durch einen Antrieb (2), welches durch ein Steuergerät (3) an gesteuert wird, geöffnet und geschlossen. Der entsprechende Befehl zum Öffnen und Schließen der Tankklappe (1) wird durch Sensoren (14) an das Steuergerät (3) übermittelt. Die Sensoren (9) teilen dem Steuergerät (3) durch Leitungen (11) mit wann der Anschlag (8) beim Öff nen/Schließen der Tankklappe (1) erreicht ist, wodurch entsprechend der Antrieb (2) abgeschal tet/eingeschaltet werden kann. Der Antrieb (2), z. B. ein Elektro- Stellmotor, erzeugt eine Bewe gung in eine bestimmte Richtung, je nachdem ob die Tankklappe (1) geöffnet oder geschlossen werden muß. Dabei wird über Gelenke (7) und Übertragung (6) die Bewegungsrichtung und die für das Öffnen/Schließen der Tankklappe (1) notwendige Kraft an die Aufnahme (5), und damit auch an die Tankklappe (1), weitergegeben. Entsprechende Lagerung aller losen Bauteile wird durch Träger (4) sichergestellt. Der Antrieb (2) kann auch die Funktion der Zentralverriegelung übernehmen, wobei der Stellmotor, der bei der herkömmlichen Zentralverriegelung die Tank klappe sichert, nicht mehr notwendig ist. Der Antrieb (2) kann auch z. B. durch eine pneumatisch (Unterdruck) oder hydraulisch arbeitende Anlage ersetzt werden.The fuel filler flap ( 1 ) ( Fig. 1) is opened and closed by a drive ( 2 ) which is controlled by a control unit ( 3 ). Wird die Tankklappe (1) versehentlich nicht ge schlossen, so kann dies durch die Warnanlage (13) dem Fahrer z.
