Abstract

The hoist comprises a U-shaped frame with a base and arms which can be placed on the edge of the bath tub, a seat panel (15) raised/lowered by a drive unit, a lever mechanism (24) for deflecting flexible elements that is collapsible in the lower state. The flexible elements comprises of four cables (14) connected to the corner regions of the seat panel, drive unit and lever mechanism, and the level mechanism has lever portions (27,30) displaceable along guides on the bottom of the panel to deflect the cables when in connection with the bathtub.

Ein derartiger Badewannen-Lifter ist bekannt aus der EP 0 486 215 A1. Bei dieser bekannten Konstruktion sind die flexiblen Elemente als Bänder ausgebildet.
