1. Device ( 2 ) for insertion into a bathtub ( 1 ) as an aid for getting in and out of the bathtub;

2. 1.2 with a seat device ( 4 ), comprising a seat ( 4.1 ) and a backrest ( 4.2 );
3. 1.3 with a support device ( 5 ) engaging on the seat device ( 4 );
4. 1.4 with a lifting device ( 6 ) for moving the seat device ( 4 ) up and down;
5. 1.5 the seat device is connected to a supporting foot;
6. 1.6 of the retaining foot engages the guide rail 3.1 in order to move up and down.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that guide rollers ( 5.3 , 5.5 ) are provided which are rotatably mounted on the support device ( 5 ) and which comprise the guide rails ( 3.1 ).

3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that one ( 5.3 ) of the rollers on the seat device ( 4 ) facing side of the guide rail ( 3.1 ) is supported, and another ( 5.5 ) of the rollers on one of the seat devices ( 4th ) opposite side of the guide rail ( 3.1 ).

Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that that roller ( 5.3 ), which is supported against the seat device ( 4 ) facing side of the guide rail ( 3.1 ), is below the roller ( 5.5 ) in operation is supported against the side of the guide rail facing away from the seat device ( 4 ).

Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a bolt ( 5.4 ) is provided, which is articulated at one end to the support device ( 5.1 ), and with its other end in the axis of that roller ( 5.5 ) can be hooked, which is supported against the side of the guide rail ( 3.1 ) facing away from the seat device ( 4 ).

2. 12.2 the holding foot ( 5.2 ) has a guide piece ( 5.5 ) which is enclosed by the guide rail ( 3.1 );
3. 12.3 the guide rail ( 3.1 ) encloses a threaded spindle ( 6.2 ) which is passed through an internal thread in the guide piece ( 5.5 ) of the holding foot ( 5.2 ).

13. The apparatus according to claim 12, characterized in that the guide piece ( 5.5 ) in the guide rail ( 3.1 ) is slidably up and down.

14. The apparatus according to claim 12, characterized in that the guide piece ( 5.5 ) in the guide rail ( 3.1 ) is movable up and down.

15. Device according to one of claims 12 to 14, characterized in that both the support part ( 3.5 ) and the support device ( 5 ) relative to the guide rail ( 3.1 ) are pivotable such that they each have a different angle with the guide rail ( 3.1 ) lock in.
