Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Platte nach Art einer Klappe mit Scharnierelementen mit dem Gehäuse verbunden, in der Weise, daß sie nach Lösen von Verbindungsschrauben bis in eine fixierte horizontale Stellung heruntergeklappt werden kann, so daß dadurch sowohl die Rückseite der Platte als auch der gesamte Innenraum des Gehäuses frei wird. Dabei kann man gemäß der weiteren Erfindung diese Muttergewinde in angeformte Nuten einschneiden, so daß sich dadurch die zusätzliche Anbringung von Gewindebüchsen erübrigt.
