Abstract
Strangpresswerkzeug fuer die Herstellung einer mehrschichtigen Schlauchfolie aus mehreren geschichteten thermoplastischen Kunststoffen im Wege der Coextrusion, - mit einem Werkzeugunterteil mit Einrichtung fuer die Zufuehrung von mehreren Kunststoffstroemen mit mehreren Zufuehrungskanaelen, einem Werkzeugoberteil mit Austrittsringspalt fuer den Austritt eines mehrschichtigen Kunststoffstromes in Schlauchform, einem Werkzeugkern und einer Ueberschichtungseinrichtung. Im Werkzeugunterteil und im Werkzeugoberteil sind ringspaltfoermige Ueberfuehrungskanaele angeordnet. Die Zufuehrungskanaele muenden in einen einzigen ringspaltfoermigen, den Werkzeugkern umgebenden Ueberfuehrungskanal des Werkzeugunterteils ein, welcher Ueberfuehrungskanal als Ueberschichtungseinrichtung ausgefuehrt ist. Der Austrittsringspalt ist an die Ueberschichtungseinrichtung ueber einen einzigen kernstegfreien Ueberfuehrungskanal des Werkzeugoberteils angeschlossen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein gattungsgemäßes Strangpreßwerkzeug so zu gestalten, daß ein Werkzeugoberteil mit einer Mehrzahl von ineinander gesetzten Wendelverteilern nicht mehr erforderlich ist.The invention has for its object to make a generic extrusion die so that a tool shell with a plurality of nested spiral distributors is no longer required.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe lehrt die Erfindung, daß die Zuführungskanäle in einen einzigen ringspaltförmigen, den Werkzeugkern umgebenden, kernstegfreien Überführungskanal des Werkzeugunterteils einmünden, welcher Überführungskanal als Überschichtungseinrichtung ausgeführt ist, und daß der Austrittsringspalt an die Überschichtungseinrichtung über einen einzigen kernstegfreien Überführungskanal des Werkzeugoberteils angeschlossen ist. — Die Erfindung nutzt die Erkenntnis, daß es bei einem Strangpreßwerkzeug des beschriebenen Aufbaus nicht erforderlich ist, die Überschichtungseinrichtung im Werkzeugoberteil kurz vor dem Austrittsringspalt anzuordnen. Wird die Überschichtungseinrichtung im Werkzeugunterteil untergebracht und im übrigen die Anordnung wie beschrieben getroffen, so findet überraschenderweise keinerlei Durchmischung auf dem weiteren Weg des mehrschichtigen Kunststoffstromes von der Überschichtungseinrichtung bis zum Austrittspalt statt. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Strangpreßwerkzeug kann es zweckmäßig sein, die Spaltdicke des Austrittsringspaltes den speziellen Betriebsverhältnissen und den eingesetzten Kunststoffen anzupassen. Dazu lehrt die Erfindung, daß der Austrittsringspalt als Mündung eines konischen Abschnittes des Überführungskanals im Werkzeugoberteil ausgeführt ist, der zwischen einem oberen Düsenbauteil und einem unteren Düsenbauteil angeordnet ist. Die Breite des Austrittsringspaltes kann hier durch Verstellen oder Austauschen von zumindest einem Düsenbauteil verwendbar sein. Das kann auch während der laufenden Produktion geschehen und regeltechnisch beeinflußt werden. Um über den Umfang der Schlauchfolie überall gleichmäßige Verhältnisse sicherzustellen, wozu auch gleichmäßiger Strömungswiderstand für den überschichteten Kunststoffstrom gehört, empfiehlt die Erfindung, daß in Strömungsrichtung des mehrschichtigen Kunststoffstromes vor dem konischen Abschnitt des Überführungskanals in dem Überführungskanal im wesentlichen in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Wellungen angeordnet sind.In the extrusion molding tool according to the invention, it may be expedient to adapt the gap thickness of the outlet ring gap to the specific operating conditions and the plastics used. Zum grundsätzlichen Aufbau gehören ein Werkzeugunterteil 1 mit Einrichtung für die Zuführung von mehreren Kunststoffströmen mit mehreren Zuführungskanälen 2, ein Werkzeugoberteil 3 mit Austrittsringspalt 4 für den Austritteines mehrschichtigen Kunststoffstromes in Schlauchform, ein Werkzeugkern 5 und eine Überschichtungseinrichtung 6. Im übrigen sind Überführungskanäle 7; 8 vorgesehen, von denen der Überführungskanal 7 im Werkzeugunterteil 1 und der Überführungskanal 8 im Werkzeugoberteil 3 angeordnet ist. Dabei ist auslegungstechnisch sorgfältig darauf geachtet worden, daß Scherbeanspruchungen zwischen den einzelnen Kunststoffströmen durch Geschwindigkeitsdifferenzen o. dgl. vermieden werden. Der Austrittsringspalt 4 ist an diese Überschichtungseinrichtung 6 über einen einzigen kernstegfreien Überführungskanal 8 des Werkzeugoberteils angeschlossen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel und nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Anordnung so getroffen, daß der Austrittsringspalt 4 als Mündung eines konischen Abschnittes 9 des Überführungskanals 8 im Werkzeugoberteil 3 ausgeführt ist, der zwischen einem oberen Düsenbauteil 10 und einem unteren Düsenbauteil 11 angeordnet ist. Die Breite des Austrittsringspaltes 4 ist folglich durch Verstellen oder Austauschen von zumindest einem der Düsenbauteile 10; 11 veränderbar. In Strömungsrichtung des mehrschichtigen Kunststoffstromes sind vor dem konischen Abschnitt 9 des Überführungskanals 8 in dem Überführungskanal 8 im wesentlichen in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Wellungen 12 angeordnet, die in dem vergrößerten Ausschnitt der Zeichnung erkennbar sind.The feed channels 2 open into a single annular gap-shaped, surrounding the tool core 5 and core web-free transfer channel 7 of the lower tool part 1 a.
