Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Regeln der Drehzahl einer Verpackungsmaschine, bestehend aus einer Abtasteinrichtung zur Ermittlung des Fuellungsgrades des Bonbonvereinzelungstellers und einer Steuereinrichtung zur Regelung der Drehzahl des Antriebsmotors. Die Erfindung bezweckt, das Anwendungsgebiet der Verpackungsmaschinen fuer Hartkaramellen auf Weichkaramellen zu erweitern und die Arbeitsproduktivitaet beim Verpacken derartiger Packgueter zu steigern. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, ueber den Fuellungsgrad des Bonbonvereinzelungstellers die optimale Taktzahl der Verpackungsmaschine einzustellen und keine stoerende Kante zwischen dem Bonbonvereinzelungsteller und dem Aufgabering, auch bei maximalem Fuellungsgrad des Bonbonvereinzelungstellers entstehen zu lassen. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch geloest, dass der Bonbonvereinzelungsteller in einem geringen Bereich vertikal verschiebbar ist, wobei der Antriebsmotor ueber ein die Lageabweichung erfassendes Abtastorgan und eine Steuereinrichtung, in Abhaengigkeit vom Fuellungsgrad des Bonbonvereinzelungstellers regelbar ist. Das geschieht entweder durch Abtastender Füllhöhe auf dem Bonbonvereinzelungsteller und der daraus abgeleiteten Veränderung der Geschwindigkeit der Zuführorgane, wie in der DE-PS 959359 dargestellt, oder dadurch, daß der Bonbonvereinzelungsteller vertikal verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei die Lageveränderung abgetastet und ebenfalls durch Abtastsignale die Zufuhr der Bonbons geregelt wird. Eine derartige Einrichtung ist in der DD-PS 146434 beschrieben. Weiterhin ist bekannt, die Drehzahl des Antriebsmotors der Verpackungsmaschine in Abhängigkeit vom Packgutstrom zu regeln, wobei längs des Zuführweges zur Verpackungsmaschine das Packgut mit zwei Tastern, die an unterschiedlichen Stellen angebracht sind, abgetastet wird und die Abtastsignale einem Drehzahlregler zur Regelung der Drehzahl des Antriebsmotors zugeführt werden. Durch die jeweilige Zuführmenge an Bonbons verändert sich die Lage des Bonbonvereinzelungstellers 1 mit Antriebswelle 2 in vertikaler Richtung in einem geringen Bereich, wobei die Lageveränderung von der Kraftmeßeinrichtung 8 aufgenommen wird. Das von der Kraftmeßeinrichtung 8 gewonnene Signal wird über das Speise- und Abgleichteil 10 dem Verstärker 11 zugeführt, dort verstärkt und dem Analog-Digital-Wandler 12 zugeführt. Mit Hilfe von Einstellreglern lassen sich die Ausgangswerte des Analog-Digital-Wandlers 12 in weiten Grenzen beeinflussen und somit optimal an den Verpackungsprozeß anpassen. Die Steuereinrichtung arbeitet bis zu diesen Vorgängen in der 24V Ebene. Da der Thyristorgleichrichter 15 zur Steuerung des Antriebsmotors 9 für 220V ausgelegt ist, muß die Spannung umgeformt werden. Hierzu ist die Impulsübertragungsein richtung 13 mit galvanischerTrennung vorgesehen, in der die Signale in die 220 V Ebene übertragen werden. Diese übertragenen Signale werden dem Digital-Analog-Wandler 14 zugeführt und dort in einstellbare Spannungswerte umgewandelt.
