Description
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a height-adjustable device for conveying down dusty and dusty material, for example, for Aufhaidung, loading or storage in the construction, building materials, cement or the like.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
During the loading of containers, silos, warehouses or warehouses with bulk material, such as cement, clinker, coal, ore, gypsum or the like, it often leads to very adverse dust formation. One of the causes is the relatively large discharge height resulting from the required Aufhaidungshöhe. The lifting and lowering conveyors used for this have the disadvantage that they require an extra space outside the task and feeder devices.
There are also known telescopic bulk tubes, through which the bulk material is abandoned. The bulk tube is adjusted depending on the height of the bulk material cone. However, these are exposed to high wear, very prone to failure and require considerable technical effort. In most cases, additionally driven or automatically operating discharge devices, such as for example according to DE-OS 2 656 618, are arranged at the lower end of the bulk tubes. Another way to reduce the dust discharge is seen to suck the dust by additional means, for example in the form of dust bells and suction.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim of the invention is to limit the development of dust that occurs during the discharge of dusty bulk materials from greater heights in free warehouses, warehouses or the like.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention is based on the problem at the same time to adapt the free fall height to the respective height of the bed and to keep it as low as possible when using closed as possible chutes or pipes.
Rutschens zerlegen.According to the invention the object is achieved in that as a device composed of individual segments chute is used. The chute consists of several movable interconnected segments, which pivot out of the material flow successively with progressive structure of the bulk cone, whereby the free fall height corresponds to the maximum about the length of the segments and at least goes to zero. The segments are equipped with fall velocity limiting material guiding devices which break the material foot into short phases of fall and sliding.
To further increase the effectiveness of the invention, the residual dust at the discharge point can be sucked through a dedusting line entrained on the segments.
Hierbei zeigen:The invention, hereinafter referred to as Segmentschurre is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. Hereby show:
Fig. 1: Segmentschurre in der Ausgangsstellung Fig. 2: Segmentschurre in der Endstellung.Fig. 1: Segment chute in the starting position Fig. 2: segment chute in the end position.
A feeding device 4, for example a belt conveyor, is followed by a segment chute 1. This segment chute 1 consists of several chute segments 2. The chute segments are connected to each other by means of hinge joints 6. A rope 3 is attached to a fixed point 4 and is guided over the deflecting rollers 5 arranged on the chute segments 2.
When pulling up the rope 3 in the arrow direction by a Schneckenwandwinde, an electric cable or similar suitable traction means, in the embodiment, an electric cable 9, the chute segments 2 pivot one after the other from the flow of material. Inside the chute segments 2 Materialleiteinrichtungen 8 are arranged. The number of swung-out chute segments 2 is adapted to the progressive structure of the bulk cone 7.
A dedusting line 10 is analogous to the segment chute itself designed as a segment line and pivots in the same manner as the chute segments. The arrangement may be on one or both sides (hinge side) or on the side facing away from the pivoting direction.
