Abstract
The invention relates to a sector nozzle in the form of a Schraegblattduese for distributing or applying a liquid medium, in particular on agricultural land. It has a cylindrically-concave inclined baffle at an acute angle to the beam exit direction. By a corresponding distance of the baffle from the Strahlaustrittsoeffnung, which is formed by a concave waved web, as well as by conically tapered design of the Duesenbohrung it is possible to achieve large throw distances and thereby achieve a favorable rain or ejection distribution.
Description
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a sector nozzle in the form of an inclined blade nozzle for distributing or applying a liquid medium. It is preferably used on water distribution devices, on agricultural devices intended for the limitation, application.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
The principle of the inclined blade nozzles is already known and finds use with different designs in various fields.
The main feature of this nozzle shape is that the beam is deflected by baffles and so a distribution of the medium takes place. Thus, nozzles with flat baffles whose inclination ranges from obtuse to acute angles are known. In DD-PS No. 15198 a nozzle is described whose water jet can be controlled by an angularly attached essay. In addition, devices are also known whose impact surface is adjustable as a function of the pressure of the outgoing jet (US Pat. No. 3,997,066). In all these forms, however, occur due to the newly designed baffle no different throw angles, whereby the rain distribution in their uniformity can be considered not optimal. Furthermore, nozzles are known whose baffles are curved spoon-like concave to convex in at least two levels (SU-PS no. 884647). The disadvantage of such forms is mainly in a limited range in the liquid distribution.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
Auswurfverteilung auszubringen. The object of the invention is to provide a sector nozzle, which makes it possible to dispense liquid media with a long throw with favorable rain or ejection distribution.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The invention has for its object to describe a sector nozzle, which allows large casting distances while achieving a favorable rain or ejection distribution. According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the sector nozzle is designed in the form of a bevel blade nozzle and and has an employee at an acute angle to the beam exit direction cylindrically concave inclined baffle. Due to the variable inclinations caused by this, different angles of projection occur for different directions of the beam, through which a uniform rain or ejection distribution is achieved. By a corresponding distance of the baffle from the jet outlet opening a backwater and thus a Durchflußminderung is avoided. At the same time this enables the realization of an optimal throwing distance. The conical design of the nozzle bore avoids eddies in the outgoing jet, which guarantees a smooth and symmetrical spray pattern. As a result, maximum casting distances with favorable rain or ejection distribution were achieved when using the sector nozzle.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIG 1. The sector nozzle consists of a nozzle body 1 and the connecting element 2.
The nozzle body 1 has an employee at an acute angle to the beam exit direction cylindrically-concave inclined baffle 3. In this case, the baffle 3 is in a, at least the diameter of the jet outlet opening 4 accordingly, distance from the jet outlet opening 4. As a connecting piece serves a correspondingly concave rib 5, which touches the outer edge of the jet outlet opening 4 tangentially at a point 6. The nozzle bore 7 for the jet outlet tapers conically.
