Abstract
The invention relates to a method for operating a continuously operating washer such. B. a continuous washing machine or a clock washing machine. It is an object of the invention to continuously reduce the washing and water consumption of energy and water. The object of the invention is to preheat fresh water using the heat content of the liquors already in the washing process. The object is achieved by the invention that the fresh water is prewarmed, in which all energetically offering partial and Abwasserstroeme the washer are guided over one or more heat transfer and release part of their heat content to the fresh water. The fresh water thus treated is supplied to the washer as a rinsing liquor. The method is characterized in that the purging zone A withdrawn a part of the Flülflotte 7, subjected to a heat transfer process with the washing machine 1 as Spülflotte 6 zuzufuehrendem fresh water 5 and together with in the Entwaesserungsvorrichtung 2 the laundry 4 deprived press water 9 of the washing machine as soaking liquor D for sparging and soaking the laundry is returned.

Ziel der Erfindung ' .Object of the invention '.
It is an object of the invention to continuously reduce the washing and water consumption of energy and water.
Darstellung des Wesens der Erfindung ; -Presentation of the essence of the invention; -
The object of the invention is to preheat fresh water using the heat content of the liquors already present in the washing process.
Das so behandelte Frischwasser ^ird der Waschanlage als Spülflotte, zugeführt und somit verringert sich die zur ErwärmungThe object is achieved in that the irisCh 1 SaSSer preheated mrd, in which all energetically offering partial and Ablasserströme the car wash are passed through one or more heat exchangers and .A part of their Lärmeinhältes to the fresh water .. The treated fresh water ^ ird the washer as a rinse, fed and thus reduces the heating
Außerdem bewirkt das höhere Temperaturniveau eine Verringerung des Wärmebedarfes für die folgenden Prozeßstufen der thermischen Entwässerung.the fleet needed energy because a higher output heat potential for the washing or rinsing process is created. The higher temperature level leads to an improvement in the rinsing out of the detergent from the laundry and at the same time to a physically justified reduction of the mechanically achievable Hestfeuchtigkeit the laundry. In addition, the higher temperature level causes a reduction in the heat demand for the following process steps of thermal dewatering.
