Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for operating a Continuous washing system according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention further relates to a Continuous washing system to carry out the process.
In continuous washing systems, one strives to at least one Circulate part of the wash water to water and save detergent if possible. This tendency is reinforced by the fact that it is for reasons of environmental protection is often required, at least that from the pre-wash and the Process wastewater from the clear washing area. It provides therefore, the purified and treated water again to feed the washing process.
A complete or almost complete management of the Process water in the circuit is limited, however, that this is increasingly heated during the washing process. The Rinse area becomes wet steam to such an extent added that the clear washing takes place at about 90 ° C, which leads to that being removed from the rinse area Waste water has a temperature of 70 ° C or more. That too wastewater coming from the flushing area has to Wash from the rinse area with a warmth Temperature of about 40 ° C. That fed to the prewash area In contrast, water should not be warmer than about 35 ° C, so for example, no protein-containing dirt is solidified. On the other hand, it is not necessary for this to be prewashed water used is particularly pure.
For the reasons set out in known Continuous washing plants with hot wastewater, possibly after a cleaning, derived and cold fresh water added.
The invention is based on the object of a method specify with which a continuous washing system with or without only a small amount of fresh water can be operated and uses less detergent than known systems. In addition, one should be suitable for carrying out the method Continuous washing system can be created.
The task is solved by the method according to Claim 1 or with the continuous washing system according to claim 11. Are expedient and advantageous configurations Subject matter of claims 2 to 10 and 12 to 16.
According to the invention, heat comes from the washing process not discharged with the waste water, but with the water withdrawn so that only the heat is removed and the water used again for washing after appropriate cleaning can be.
The heat generated can vary depending on the conditions for drying the dewatered laundry or for heating the room be used.
In der Zeichnung zeigtThe invention is described below with reference to a drawing schematically illustrated embodiment explained. In the drawing shows
Fig. 1 schematisch den Verfahrensablauf, Fig. 1 schematically shows the method sequence,
Fig. 2 shows the same procedure with registered therein, an exemplary temperature and flow rate values.
In FIG. 1, 1 denotes a continuous washing machine which has a prewash area 2 , a rinse area 3 and a rinse area 4 . At 5 the prewash water is supplied, at 6 the steam is supplied for rinsing and at 7 the rinse water is supplied. The water from the prewash area 2 is discharged from the drain 8 and the water from the rinse area and the rinse area from the drain 9 .
The washed laundry is dewatered in a press 10 and dried in a dryer 11 .
In such a continuous washing system, the water supplied to the prewash area 2 must not be too warm, that is to say a maximum of about 35 ° C. However, a residual dirt and detergent content is not harmful.
According to the invention, the prewash area 2 is supplied with the water which has run out of the rinse area 3 and the rinse area 4 through the outlet 9 . This water is first passed through a dirt filter 12 , in which fluff, dirt and detergent are filtered off. After passing the dirt filter 12, the water has a temperature of approximately 60 ° C., which is too warm for use as prewash water. It is therefore passed through a water cooler 13 , which is designed as a heat exchanger and emits the heat extracted from the water to the air passed through.
In the water cooler 13 , the filtered water is cooled to approximately 35 ° C. and fed to the prewash area 2 by means of a pump via the prewash water supply 5 .
The heavily polluted water emerges from the outlet 8 from the prewash area 2 at a temperature of approximately 40 ° C. This water passes through a line into a water treatment system 14 , in which dirt and detergent residues are separated and carried away by an outlet 15 . The cleaned water exits through the outlet 16 at a temperature of approximately 45 ° C. and is fed to the rinsing area 4 through the rinsing water supply 7 .
The laundry coming out of the washing machine is dewatered in the press 10 . The laundry and the water carried by it have a temperature of approximately 50 ° C. when they enter the press. The water emerging from the press 10 through the outlet 17 can be fed to the water cooler 13 or the water treatment unit 14 either via the dirt filter 12 . In the exemplary embodiment shown, a division takes place, with about a third of the amount of press water obtained reaching the dirt filter 12 and two thirds reaching the water treatment system 14 . The division can be made according to the amount of water and the need in the prewash and rinse areas.
The line leading from the water treatment system 14 to the rinse water supply 7 is also connected to a fresh water supply 18 through which cold fresh water can be added. The flushing water supply 7 of the water supplied has, depending on the amount of added fresh water and the water treatment system 14 supplied to pressing water, a temperature of 40 to 450 ° C.
The dewatered laundry is transferred from the press 10 to the dryer 11 . The dryer 11 has an air inlet 19 for the warm air supplied from the water cooler 13 and an air outlet 20 for the moisture-laden exhaust air.
The water cooler 13 also has a second air outlet 21 through which the warm air can be derived for use as space heating or for other purposes.
As can be seen from the above description, water is fed into the washing process only at two points in the system, namely once at the fresh water supply 18 and the other at the steam supply 6 . Water is released at the outlet 15 for dirty water concentrate and with the laundry, which is not completely dewatered in the press. The prewash water supply 5 and the rinse water supply 7 , on the other hand, are fed exclusively with regenerated process water.
Depending on the specified operating conditions, a system can possibly also be operated in such a way that no introduction of fresh water through the feed 18 is required, that is to say that the amount of water introduced in the form of steam through the feed 6 corresponds to the amount that flows through the outputs 15 and 20 escapes. No fresh water is required as the cooling medium, since the excess heat is dissipated in the water cooler 13 .
Like the need for fresh water, the consumption of detergents is also reduced, in particular because excess amounts of detergent that have not been used in the rinse area 3 are fed to the prewash area 2 . A further improvement is the reduction in the heat and thus the energy requirement, since the heat extracted from the process water is used to dry the laundry. The energy requirement for the continuous washing machine remains almost unchanged.
In the diagram of FIG. 2, some typical process values, which are to be considered as examples only, are entered. The values given in "l / kg" refer to liters of water per kilogram of laundry.
