Titel der Erfindung Erdverlegtes WärmeleitungsrohrTitle of the invention Buried heat pipe
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a heat transfer pipe for a shallow earth laying, which ensures the supply of buildings, construction and technological equipment with heat.
Charakteristik der bekannten technischen LösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
Buried heat pipes are known to be insulated with foam, asbestos, glass fibers or mineral wool against heat loss. The known thermal insulation in the use of foam are characterized by the fact that they carry the media tube in direct or indirect composite without additional supports. Media tubes with a thermal insulation of lower density, z. B. mineral wool, need a support or holding device. The produced heat pipes for several years with concrete exterior body, Glasfliesbetumenschalen and mineral wool insulation have the disadvantage that existing and / or occurring moisture can not escape. In damp mineral wool, the insulation effect is reduced, heat losses rise and the media tube - preferably low-alloyed steel - destroyed by external corrosion.

To delay corrosion on the steel pipe, an epoxy resin paint system is currently being applied to the media pipe, the long-term protection of which is not guaranteed. Mechanical effects caused by the bearing discs lead to the immediate destruction of the epoxy resin layer.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The object of the invention is to form a heat pipe for underground installation with industrially prefabricated components so that the economic cost of heat transfer in the underground space is reduced and predominantly domestic raw materials are used.
Wesen der ErfindungEssence of the invention
The invention has for its object to form a buried Wärmeieitungsrohr so that the heat losses reduced, increases the useful life, improves the repair technology and damage in the heat network can be detected quickly.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that a media tube is surrounded by a thermal insulation, which is held by a sheath. The sheath is like that. formed, that in the upper part of a layer is applied over the thermal insulation, which is impermeable to water and thereby stops the dripping water from the thermal insulation. On the other hand, the layer is also designed in such a way that vapor permeability is ensured when moisture-permeable insulation is present. The lower layer of the sheath is permeable to water, so that no accumulating water can remain in the thermal insulation.
The media tube with the jacketed insulation is guided within a sealing tube, wherein the diameter of the sealing tube is chosen so large that an annular air gap between the sealing tube and the jacket of the thermal insulation is formed. The media tube is supported against the sealing tube via a spacer, which has a flat base. This results in two linear support surfaces with a sector-shaped cavity, is completely derived by the water occurring. The sealing tube with the thermally insulated media tube is embedded in a concrete body.
If moisture or moisture builds up in the thermal insulation as a result of changing operating temperatures, through leaks in the media pipe or during installation, desiccation occurs, which is ensured by the different sheathing of the thermal insulation. An acceleration of dehydration is achieved by an additional forced ventilation, which takes place between the jacket of the thermal insulation and the sealing tube. Heavy wetness is due to the cavity, which results from the planar formation of the spacer derived.
The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment. The accompanying drawing shows in the figure a cross section of a heat pipe.
In the figure, the concrete body 1 is shown, which encloses a sealing tube 2. The concrete body 1 is designed for an underground installation, which is placed flat in the ground. The sealing tube 2 is preferably made of glass, ceramic or asbestos cement and keeps the outside from penetrating through the moisture from moisture.
Within the sealing tube 2, a metal media tube 3 is guided, which is surrounded by a thermal insulation 6, which consists of mineral wool. The insulation 6 is sheathed to stabilize the situation. Above the sheathing consists of a water-impermeable layer 7, which is vapor-permeable in the direction of an annular air space 9. The lower part of the sheath consists of a water-permeable layer 8, which expediently consists of corrosion-resistant or rot-proof material, are incorporated in the openings.
.The annular air space 9 is formed by the selection of the diameter of the sealing tube 2 and the diameter of the jacket of the thermal insulation 6. For spacing and fixing the position of the Medianohres 3 is centered and below a spacer 4.angelenkt, which is U-shaped or T-shaped and has a flat base. The support edges of the spacer 4, which bear against the sealing tube 2, can be provided for more favorable lubricity in the change in length with rounded and / or coated feet. The flat base of the spacer 4 creates a sector-shaped cavity, which allows an unimpeded discharge of accumulating water. ,
The structure of the heat pipe allows forced ventilation of the insulation 6 and thus dehydration, which prevents corrosion of the media tube 3. In addition to the advantage of reduced corrosion, a friction-reduced length change is possible, which leads to no damage to the thermal insulation 6. As a further advantage, a cheap repair technology is possible by excavations occur on damage occurring on the media tube 3 on both sides of the media tube 3 and the damaged area can be pulled out. A new pipe can then be pulled in unhindered.
