Nähgewirktes, Polymerfolie enthaltendes FlächengebildeSewn-on, polymeric film-containing sheet
The invention relates to a stitchbonded, polymeric film containing sheet, the latter essentially comprising weft and warp elements and the weft elements are arranged obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the fabric, partially overlap and represent sections of a continuous film strip, and wherein the warp elements in the direction of the fabric the weft elements are applied and attached to the same with the aid of binding threads.
Flächengebilden auf Nähwirkmaschinen unter Verwendung von Folien bekanntgeworden (DD-PS 84 061).It has become known a method for the production of fabrics or fabrics on stitchbonding machines using films (DD-PS 84 061).
Anschließend durchstechen die Schiebernadeln der Nähwirkmaschine die Kett- und/oder Schußkomponente an der Nähwirkstelle undIn this case, the knitting tools of a stitchbonding machine at least one fissile film of synthetic polymers in a wide form as a warp component and / or in the form of a zigzag-like laid film tape is supplied as a weft component. Subsequently, the needles of the stitchbonding machine puncture the warp and / or weft component at the Nähwirkstelle and

spalten die Folie gleichzeitig bändchenförmig auf. Mittels eines Bindefadensystems findet unmittelbar nach dem Aufspalten ein Obernähen vorzugsweise mit der Trikotlegung statt, um die kett- " und/oder Schußkomponente sofort zu einem Textilstoff zu verarbeiten.at the same time split the film into a ribbon shape. By means of a binding thread system, immediately after splitting, an upper sewing preferably takes place with the tricot laying in order to immediately process the warp and / or weft component into a textile material.
,- ;V.iu:,};:h: -s;.rr , ;,It has been attempted to use a fabric according to the PS 84 061 as a base material for tufted goods. The fabric was not suitable for this. The pile loops were insufficiently adhered to the base material, and the latter often tended to tear in the back coating vulcanization process. Also, modification of the fabric by making an intermediate product comprising a needled light-weighted nonwoven fabric and further consisting of a warp sheet, a weft sheet and a conventional polyester silk thread TH-kqt-bonded was not successful. The necessary stability of the fabric against tearing during the vulcanization process could also not be achieved by a denser fleece, different fleece constructions and by means of thicker warp and weft components. The phenomenon that the fabric breaks during vulcanization due to a high tension which occurs between two conveyor chains which hold the fabric at its edges, especially near the edges, is essential. Darlegung des Presentation of the Wesens der Erfindung:Essence of the invention:

The object of the invention is to provide a Nähgewirktes, polymer film-containing sheet having the ability for improved adhesion of pierced pile loops and the vulcanization process of a back coating absorbs the stresses occurring without tearing.
The object of the invention is achieved in that the sheet is assembled for use as a base material for tufted goods with a seamless combination fringe / jersey., And that both bonds consist of shrunk synthetic threads.
The present invention has provided a sheet which is useful as a base for tufted goods because the pierced pile loops adhere well to the sheet and the latter is strong enough to withstand the stresses of vulcanization. The structure of the sheet according to the invention "leads to practically power distribution conditions in the same, which also make it possible to make the sheet so thin that it is easily penetrable by the tufting needles.
An Hand eines Ausführungsbeispiels wird die Erfindung näher erläutertWith reference to an embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail

For the purpose of producing the sheet 1 according to FIGS. 1 and 2, first a zigzag-like, easily foldable, contiguous polymeric film strip is created which thus forms weft elements 1 a which are arranged obliquely to the longitudinal direction X of the fabric 1 and partially cover each other. The implementation of this step can be done by means of a stitchbonding device, which shows the DD-PS 131 655. Also, a stitching machine for performing the zigzag laying applicable, which has been described in DD-PS 103 673. Subsequent to the zigzagging is then applied to the weft elements 1 a, a warp element layer 1 b and from the weft elements 1 a and the warp element layer 1 b existing entire surface layer firmly tied together. The weft elements 1 a and / or the warp element layer 1 b can also be two or more times over or supplied side by side. As the warp element layer 1 b, a polymer film should preferably also be used.
.The weft elements 1 a can submit in defibred as well as in unzipped form the needles of the stitchbonding machine. The same applies to the warp element layer 1 b. If the film is to be defibered, it is used, for example, a conventional rotating needle roller, which slits the film in places. For this purpose, the needle roller is simply arranged between a discharge roller of a film strip and the sewing action point and the film is guided past it. ,
The connection of the weft elements 1 a 'with the warp element layer 1 b is done with a gapless binding combination fringe / jersey 2; 3, wherein both bonds 2; 3 consist of shrunk synthetic threads. For this purpose, the stitchbonding machine is equipped with two guide rails, one of which carries out a fringe layering and the other a tricot layering. The complete binding combination fringe / jersey 2; 3 is characterized in that each stitch on the Nadelmaschenseite consists of double stitch loops 4 (Fig, 2, 3).

In Fig. 3, an enlarged stitch pattern has been shown which shows the binding combination fringe jersey 2; 3 represents. There are shown in the double stitch loop 4, wherein the one mesh loop 4 a part of a fringe mesh and the other mesh loop 4 b is part of a jersey mesh. The fringe stitches include vertical tie threads 4c and the jersey stitches diagonal thread pieces 4d. The binding combination ^ fringe / jersey .2; 3 is characterized by many parallel rectilinear rows running along the path of the sheet 1. A complete binding combination fringe / jersey 2; 3 also has the advantage of tear resistance when a thread is broken. The arranged in the direction of the web of the fabric 1 longitudinal rows of bindings fringe / jersey 2; 3. preferably have a distance A (Fig. 3) from each other which is more than the distance of two tufting needles of a tufting device. This ratio contributes to good adhesion of pile loops 5 (for the sake of clarity, only one pile loop 5 has been shown) and easy penetrability without impairing the surface stability. Of course, different adaptations are possible according to the present circumstances of the textile material or of the mechanical devices. Characterized in that the binding combination fringe / jersey 2; 3 and both bindings are made of shrunk synthetic threads, the sheet 1 is capable of fully absorbing the tears without any cracking occurring in the vulcanization of the backing of a tufted fabric.
For the purpose of producing a tufted product, the fabric 1 produced according to the invention is finally fed to the needles, which feed the pile loops 5, to a tufting device.
