Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Ausruestungen fuer exotherme Reaktionen, die fast immer von einer starken Reaktionswaermeabsonderung begleitet sind. Die Ausruestung gemaess der Erfindung besteht aus einer Rohrhaelfte, das schraubenfoermig auf die Innenverkleidung des Reaktionsgefaesses aufgewickelt ist, das auch mit einem Rueckflusskuehler ausgeruestet sein kann. Der Mantel ist als mehrgaengige Schraubenlinie ausgefuehrt, am besten als zweigaengige Schraubenlinie, wobei die Rohrhaelften der ungeradzahligen Gaenge am aeusseren Umfang des Reaktionsgefaesses angeschweisst sind und die Rohrhaelften der geradzahligen Gaenge in den Zwischenraeumen der Seifenflaechen der Rohrhaelften der ungeradzahligen Gaenge liegen.Die einzelnen Gaenge der Schraubenlinie koennen in einzelne Sektionen unterteilt werden, die in Reihe oder parallel mit einer oder mehreren Quellen des Kaelte- bzw. Waermemittels verbunden sind.
