Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Mahlorgane fuer Mahlmaschinen, speziell fuer die Herstellung von Spezialpapieren und -pappen wie z.B. von Pergamentpapierersatz oder Transparentpapier, von Hartpappen fuer Koffer fuer die Herstellung nach dem Tiefziehverfahren usw. Beim Zerkleinern ist eine vollstaendige Fibrillierung der Fasern und die Gewinnung einer homogenen zerkleinerten Masse zu gewaehrleisten. Entsprechend dieser Erfindung wurde eine neue Konstruktion der Mahlorgane aus Stahl fuer die Mahlmaschinen entwickelt, durch die die Mahlorgane aus Basaltlava ersetzt werden. Durch diese neue Konstruktion werden die Maengel der gegenwaertig eingesetzten Mahlorgane beseitigt und die erforderliche Qualitaet der Masse gewaehrleistet. Die Mahlorgane bestehen entsprechend der Erfindung aus einer unbeweglichen und einer beweglichen Scheibe. Die Reibflaechen der beiden Scheiben sind mit Systemen von geraden Nuten von drei Typen versehen. Die ersten Nuten, die mit der radialen Linie entgegen der Drehrichtung einen spitzen Winkel alpha= 10 bis 20 Grad bilden, haben eine groessere Breite und Tiefe im Vergleich zu den anderen.
