Technické řešení se týká složení vláknocementová desky, která má na líci reliéfní strukturu a má sloužit jako pohledový prvek, zejména pro použití v exteriéru.The technical solution relates to a composition of a fiber-cement board which has a relief structure on its face and is intended to serve as a viewing element, especially for outdoor use.
Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
V současné době se ploché vláknocementová desky používají pro fasádní systémy staveb, zejména v provětrávaných fasádách. Povrch desek je zpravidla hladký či broušený a často jsou desky opatřeny barevným či ochranným nátěrem. Sem patří i výplňový panel popsaný v CZ 28592 U, určený zejména pro balkónová zábradlí, jehož složkami kromě cementu jsou granulát z expandovaného skla, křemičitý písek a skleněné vlákno. Složení směsi, z níž je panel zhotoven neumožňuje jemnější profilaci jeho povrchu.At present, flat fiber-cement boards are used for building facade systems, especially in ventilated facades. The surface of the boards is usually smooth or grinded and often the boards are painted or protected. This includes the panel described in CZ 28592 U, intended especially for balcony railings, whose components in addition to cement are expanded glass granulate, quartz sand and glass fiber. The composition of the mixture from which the panel is made does not allow a finer profiling of its surface.
Technické řešení si klade za úkol navrhnout složení desky se strukturovaným povrchem, s možností uplatnění různých vzorů reliéfních dekorů.The technical solution aims to design the composition of the board with a structured surface, with the possibility of applying various patterns of relief decors.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
Uvedený úkol řeší vláknocementová deska s reliéfní strukturou na líci na bázi cementu a vlákniny. Její podstata spočívá vtom, že je tvořena 75 až 80 % hmotn. cementu, 5 až 10 % hmotn. vápence, 5 až 10 % hmotn. mikrosiliky, 5 až 10 % hmotn. přírodní organické vlákniny a 1 až 2 % hmotn. syntetické vláknité výztuže.This task is solved by a fiber-cement board with a relief structure on the face based on cement and fiber. Its essence consists of 75 to 80 wt. % cement, 5 to 10 wt. % limestone, 5 to 10 wt. 5 to 10 wt. % natural organic pulp and 1 to 2 wt. synthetic fiber reinforcement.
Reliéf na povrchu desky může mít hloubku od 1 do 30 mm.The relief on the surface of the plate may have a depth of 1 to 30 mm.
Tato strukturovaná deska má speciální složení, které umožňuje dokonalý vtisk matrice a tím pak dobře viditelnou strukturu povrchového reliéfů. Zároveň díky tomuto složení deska dosahuje výborných mechanických parametrů.This structured plate has a special composition which allows perfect imprinting of the matrix and thus a well visible surface relief structure. At the same time, thanks to this composition the board achieves excellent mechanical parameters.

Po vyzrání vyrobených desek byly zjištěny tyto parametry:After maturing of the produced boards the following parameters were found:
Dekor pak byl do desky vtlačen ocelovou či kompozitní matricí při lisování desek. Slouží ke 5 zlepšení pohledových vlastností fasády.The decor was then pressed into the plate by a steel or composite matrix when pressing the plates. It serves to improve the visual properties of the facade.
