Dosavadní stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

V současné době se ploché vláknocementová desky používají pro fasádní systémy staveb, zejména v provětrávaných fasádách. Povrch desek je zpravidla hladký či broušený a často jsou desky opatřeny barevným či ochranným nátěrem. Sem patří i výplňový panel popsaný v CZ 28592 U, určený zejména pro balkónová zábradlí, jehož složkami kromě cementu jsou granulát z expandovaného skla, křemičitý písek a skleněné vlákno. Složení směsi, z níž je panel zhotoven neumožňuje jemnější profilaci jeho povrchu.At present, flat fiber-cement boards are used for building facade systems, especially in ventilated facades. The surface of the boards is usually smooth or grinded and often the boards are painted or protected. Uvedený úkol řeší vláknocementová deska s reliéfní strukturou na líci na bázi cementu a vlákniny. Její podstata spočívá vtom, že je tvořena 75 až 80 % hmotn. cementu, 5 až 10 % hmotn. vápence, 5 až 10 % hmotn. mikrosiliky, 5 až 10 % hmotn. přírodní organické vlákniny a 1 až 2 % hmotn. syntetické vláknité výztuže.This task is solved by a fiber-cement board with a relief structure on the face based on cement and fiber. Its essence consists of 75 to 80 wt. % cement, 5 to 10 wt. % limestone, 5 to 10 wt. 5 to 10 wt. % natural organic pulp and 1 to 2 wt. synthetic fiber reinforcement.

Reliéf na povrchu desky může mít hloubku od 1 do 30 mm.The relief on the surface of the plate may have a depth of 1 to 30 mm.

Tato strukturovaná deska má speciální složení, které umožňuje dokonalý vtisk matrice a tím pak dobře viditelnou strukturu povrchového reliéfů.
