Abstract
Způsob získávání aktivovaného nebo defluorizovaného případně slinutého koncentrátu lithných aluminosilikátů za sucha pro tavně - těkací i lužné metody získávání síranů, oxidů, hydroxidů, halogenidů a uhličitanů alkalických kovů, zejména Li, Rb a Cs spočívá v tom, že primární hornina s obsahem lithia Li, Rb a Cs nebo z odkaliště po odstranění minerálů Sn a W nebo jen z předem získaného semikoncentrátu nebo koncentrátu lithné slídy, případně spodumenu, se po provedené separaci těžkých minerálů fluóru, zahrnujících topaz a CaF2, podrobí zahřívání v intervalu 500 °C až 800 oC po dobu 0 až 60 minut bez nebo za působení tavidel, vybraných ze skupiny NaHCO3, Na2CO3, Na2SiO3, CaO, Ca(OH)2 , NaHSO4 , Na2SO4, CaCl2, NH4Cl, NaCl, KAl(SO4)2, resp. KAl(SO4)2.12(H2O) s možností otevření povrchu, to je aktivace lithné suroviny či produktu úpravy, odstranění fluóru a jiných plynných zplodin ze slídy i z doprovodných minerálů fluóru, a převedení lithných alumosilikátů do formy rozpustných nebo těkatelných solí, čímž se usnadňuje jemné mletí lithné slídy, vytváří se možnost zvýšení míchacího modulu slída /směs aditiv ve prospěch Li-slídy, možnost snížení teploty při uplatnění louženco-spečencové metody a snížení emisí CO2 při tavně-těkacích metodách získávání solí lithia. Způsob získávání slinutého koncentrátu lithia umožňuje po jemném namletí přímé vyloužení soli lithia do roztoku s následnou rafinací a vysrážením jako LiC nebo LiF anebo LiOH.
