Abstract
Η παρούσα κοινοποίηση σχετίζεται εν γένει με συστήματα και μεθόδους για την παροχή θεραπευτικού αερίου σε ασθενείς, με τη χρήση τεχνικών για την αντιστάθμιση διαταραχών στη μέτρηση ροής του αναπνευστικού αερίου, όπως στην περίπτωση που η μέτρηση ροής του αναπνευστικού αερίου δεν είναι διαθέσιμη ή είναι αναξιόπιστη. Τέτοιες τεχνικές περιλαμβάνουν τη χρήση δεδομένων ιστορικού του ρυθμού ροής αναπνευστικού αερίου, όπως κινητός μέσος όρος ρυθμών ροής, κινητή διάμεσος ρυθμών ροής ή/και κυματομορφές ροής. Τουλάχιστον κάποιες από αυτές τις τεχνικές μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν για τη διασφάλιση της ελαχιστοποίησης ή της εξάλειψης διακοπών στην παροχή θεραπευτικού αερίου.
