Abstract

Παρέχεται μια διάταξη για την αντι-εναπόθεση μιας επιφάνειας (30) μιας θαλάσσιας κατασκευής (50) όταν είναι σε επαφή με ένα υγρό όπως το θαλασσινό νερό. Η διάταξη έχει επιπλέοντα ηλεκτρόδια και μια πηγή ισχύος (130) σε σύζευξη με αγωγούς σε επαφή με το υγρό, οι οποίοι αγωγοί είναι κατανεμημένοι σε όλη την έκταση της θαλάσσιας κατασκευής για την παροχή ενός ηλεκτρικού δυναμικού κατά μήκος μιας προστατευμένης περιοχής (40) της επιφάνειας. Τα επιπλέοντα ηλεκτρόδια (110) είναι διευθετημένα πάνω στην επιφάνεια που καλύπτει μια προστατευμένη περιοχή.
