Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια διαδικασία πυρόλυσης που διεξάγεται παρουσία ελεγχόμενου περιβάλλοντος διοξειδίου του άνθρακα που επιτρέπει την ανάκτηση τόσο του οργανικού τμήματος όσο και του ανόργανου τμήματος (ίνες γυαλιού) αποβλήτων από πλαστικό ενισχυμένο με υαλοβάμβακα, με ανακτώμενη οργανική απόδοση υψηλότερη κι από 95% κατά βάρος και με καταλληλότητα για την κατασκευή νέων αντικειμένων, ειδικότερα πλαστικών αντικειμένων ενισχυμένων με υαλοβάμβακα, που είναι επικερδής κατά την απόρριψη σε χωματερές. Συγκεκριμένα, τα ανακτηθέντα οργανικά προϊόντα μπορούν να αναμιγνύονται ως έχουν, σε ποσοστό μέχρι και 20% και περισσότερο, με νέες ακόρεστες πολυεστερικές ρητίνες που κανονικά χρησιμοποιούνται για την κατασκευή κοινών πλαστικών αντικειμένων ενισχυμένων με υαλοβάμβακα, χωρίς να επιδεινώνουν τα χαρακτηριστικά τους σε σχέση με αντικείμενα με αφετηρία μόνο τη νέα ρητίνη. Οι ίνες γυαλιού, οι οποίες ανακτώνται πλήρως σε επεξεργασία καύσης μετά την πυρόλυση, επαναχρησιμοποιούνται πλήρως αντικαθιστώντας τις αντίστοιχες παρθένες ίνες γυαλιού, δεδομένου ότι είναι αρραγείς και τελείως καθαρές σε ένα τελικό στάδιο της διαδικασίας.
