Abstract
Αποκαλύπτεται μία μέθοδος για τη μείωση του χρόνου ξήρανσης για την ξήρανση ενός εγκαψυλιωμένου υλικού όπου συμπεριλαμβάνεται ένα υλικό επικάλυψης το οποίο περιέχει νερό χωρίς να προκαλείται παραμόρφωση της επικάλυψης κατά την ξήρανση. Η μέθοδος χρησιμοποιεί ένα ξηραντήριο ρευστοποιημένης κλίνης, για την ξήρανση υλικών επικάλυψης που περιέχουν νερό και που σχηματίζουν μία επικάλυψη όταν το νερό εξατμίζεται. Ένα πρώτο βήμα ξήρανσης περιλαμβάνει επίπλευση και ρευστοποίηση του εγκαψυλιωμένου υλικού και περιορισμό μίας θεωρητικής περιεκτικότητας νερού που εξατμίζεται ΔW ούτως ώστε να μην δημιουργούνται εσοχές ή παραμορφώσεις στην επικάλυψη του εγκαψυλιωμένου κοκκώδους υλικού, ενώ μετράται μία περιεκτικότητα νερού ή θερμοκρασία του εξερχόμενου αερίου από το ξηραντήριο ρευστοποιημένης κλίνης• και ένα δεύτερο βήμα ξήρανσης που εκτελείται μετά τη μείωση της μετρηθείσας περιεκτικότητας νερού κάτω από μία προδιαγεγραμμένη ποσότητα ή την αύξηση της μετρηθείσας θερμοκρασίας, του αερίου εμφύσησης στο ξηραντήριο ρευστοποιημένης κλίνης έτσι ώστε η θεωρητική περιεκτικότητα νερού που εξατμίζεται ΔW να αυξάνεται πάνω από αυτήν κατά τη διάρκεια του πρώτου βήματος ξήρανσης.
