Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια διάταξη κατεργασίας (1) για σιδηρομαγνητικά εξαρτήματα, κυρίως κοχλίες και περικόχλια, η οποία περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστο ένα τροχό κατεργασίας (3) με ένα τουλάχιστο μαγνήτη για το κράτημα των σιδηρομαγνητικών εξαρτημάτων (5, 5') στην περιφέρεια του τροχού κατεργασίας, ένα μηχανισμό τροφοδοσίας (7) για την τροφοδοσία των σιδηρομαγνητικών εξαρτημάτων στον τροχό κατεργασίας και για την επιμετάλλωση των σιδηρομαγνητικών εξαρτημάτων σε μια πρώτη γραμμή περιφέρειας του τροχού κατεργασίας, ένα μηχανισμό κατεργασίας (13) για την κατεργασία των σιδηρομαγνητικών εξαρτημάτων και ένα μηχανισμό απαγωγής για την απομάκρυνση των σιδηρομαγνητικών εξαρτημάτων από τον τροχό κατεργασίας (3) και χαρακτηρίζεται από το ότι, ο τροχός κατεργασίας περιλαμβάνει μια τουλάχιστο άλλη γραμμή περιφέρειας για το κράτημα των σιδηρομαγνητικών εξαρτημάτων και από το ότι, η διάταξη κατεργασίας (1) περιλαμβάνει ακόμη μέσα (11, 15, 17, 19) για τη μεταφορά των σιδηρομαγνητικών εξαρτημάτων από την πρώτη γραμμή περιφέρειας του τροχού κατεργασίας σε μια δεύτερη παρακείμενη γραμμή περιφέρειας του τροχού κατεργασίας.
