Abstract
Η εφεύρεση επιτρέπει, χωρίς την κατανάλωση ενέργειας, εκπομπή αρνητικών ιόντων για τον καθαρισμό του περιβάλλοντος. Επιπλέον, η εφεύρεση έχει βιοκτόνο δράση για την εξάλειψη μικροοργανισμών και βακτηρίων.
