Abstract
Μέθοδος για τον προσδιορισμό της αιμοδυναμικής παραμέτρου από σήματα πίεσης των ασθενών (7,7'), όπου η μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει τα παρακάτω βήματα: a) Λήψη των σημάτων πίεσης του ασθενή (7, 7') από έναν δέκτη τιμών μέτρησης (5), στον οποίο προσάγονται οι μετρημένες αγγειακές πιέσεις στο σώμα (1) του ασθενή, b) επιλογή και προσδιορισμό του σήματος πίεσης του ασθενή σαν σήμα πίεσης αναφοράς από τα διαβιβασθέντα από τον δέκτη των τιμών μέτρησης (5) σήματα πίεσης του ασθενή (7, 7'), c) κατανομή των σημάτων πίεσης του ασθενή (7, 7') και του σήματος της πίεσης αναφοράς σε τομείς, d) έλεγχο αυτών των τομέων σε τεχνικής φύσεως σφάλματα με τη μέθοδο της χρονικής περιόδου υπό τη χρήση της πρώτης παραγώγισης (8, 8') του σήματος της πίεσης ως προς το χρόνο, όπου απορρίπτονται οι τομείς, οι οποίοι εμπεριέχουν τεχνικής φύσεως σφάλματα, e) προσδιορισμό της αρχής και του τέλους του σφυγμού της καρδιάς με τη βοήθεια του σήματος της πίεσης αναφοράς και f) χρήση των μη απορριφθέντων τομέων των σημάτων της πίεσης του ασθενή (7, 7') για τον υπολογισμό των αιμοδυναμικών παραμέτρων.
