Abstract

El proceso es para pretratar una materia prima de biomasa lignocelulósica y comprende: empapar una materia prima de biomasa lignocelulósica a una presión de entre 1.5 bares y 20 bares y a una temperatura entre 110 0C y 190 0C, lavar la mezcla de la biomasa empapada y el líquido libre y separar al menos una parte del líquido libre de la biomasa empapada obteniendo una biomasa lavada empapada y al menos una corriente de líquido libre, comprimir la biomasa empapada a una proporción de compresión dentro del intervalo de 1.5 a 10, separar el líquido liberado de la biomasa empapada y conservar al menos una parte del líquido liberado separado de cualquier líquido libre.
