Nakonec seobjevuje na těchto místech rez, která světlo-met zničí.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a headlamp, in particular a promoter vehicle, which consists of a parabolic mirror and a diffusing glass, and in which an unbreakable connection of these elements is achieved by using an adhesive. In conventional embodiments of motor vehicle headlamps, the peripheral region of the metalparabolic mirror adjacent to the peripheral edge of the lens is widened outwardly into a flange shape and terminated by a cylindrical recess to form an annular lining for the lens. On the widened section of the parabolic mirror in the form of a flange, the connection extensions for the adjustable suspension of the headlamp in the recess of the vehicle body are welded on the side of the scatter. For correct adjustment of the diffusing glass with respect to said attachment extensions, a recess is provided in the cylindrical recess, or, if the diffusing lens is provided with a corresponding recess, in the expanded section, if the diffuser is provided with a matching projection. a flange-like mirror formed in the region of the stowage surface of the diffusing stock of this region protruding bulging. It has been found that the entire portion of the parabolic mirror forming the scattering surface, including attachment extensions and elements required to provide the desired position, is subjected to ambient atmospheres. the surface protection of the parabolic mirror still tolerable in order to meet the increasingly demanding international standards, difficulties still arise because the sharp edges, the burrs remaining, and the joint surfaces of the interparabolic base and the attachment extensions cannot be protected by their surface the same quality as the other surface parts; if this is still achieved, other difficulties, such as surface roughness, are constantly encountered. Finally, there is a rust in these places that will destroy the light-met.
In fact, the parabolic mirror has free edges even where a storage location is provided for the bulb socket, but these rules are not critical in practice because they are tightly sealed with a rubber cap and the like in the assembled state. they are protected by anti-atmospheric atmospheric effects. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the occurrence of r at least for a period of six years on a section of a parabolic mirror which is aligned with the lens of a motor vehicle headlamp.
This purpose is achieved and the lack thereof is eliminated by means of a headlamp according to the invention, characterized in that a profiled annular collar can be provided for assembling a metal parabolic mirror and a diffusing lens of a motor vehicle, and thus is not subject to rusting, the sleeve is the carrier of the adhesive and the free edge of the parabolic mirror and the diffusing glass are immersed in the adhesive. The following functions are combined in the ring of the plastic sleeve. The axial cross-section, which includes an asymmetrical groove, makes it possible to process the base layer of the glue technologically easily; with advantageous extensions which are provided on the floor surface of the groove section, they support the flange of the parabolic mirror at a certain spacing of the floor surface of the groove section, which reliably ensures that an adhesive layer is provided between said flange and the groove section, the outer the rim of the annular sleeve or trough section intended to receive the diffusing lens has protruding protrusions inwardly disposed at the free edge, which reliably hold the intermediate diffuser in the assembly of the headlamp even if the vibration of the annulus ring causes the glue between said adhesive at least a minimum adhesive layer is provided by the flange and the surface of the lens; for fixing the headlamp in the vehicle body recesses, the respective ring of the plastic sleeve is provided with connecting lugs and, in order to achieve the correct position, that is to say, of the viscous glass with respect to these connecting lugs, the sleeve ring is optionally in the outer ring. - is provided radially outwardly extending in the axial direction from one side of the accessory for introducing a mating glass. When inserting the scattering glass, the adhesive is extruded, whereby all the slits between the scattering glass are inserted externally by the ring of the plastic sleeve. In practice, different scattering shells are known by variously profiled end sections, which have been found in the prior art to provide a recess in order to obtain the correct adjustment with respect to the headlamps of the headlamp. a protrusion is provided, which is just the opposite of the embodiment of the invention defined above. Without a particular description of the counter-solution, it is apparent from the following description of the specific embodiments that these solutions are feasible by the application of the teachings of the invention. The versatile casting of the parabolic flange flange with glue, repositioning the headlamp attachment attachments from the parabolic mirror to the sleeve ring from the plastic mass with the ring piece of the single piece completely removes the sources of corrosion. This achieves the purpose of the invention. Although an additional element, i.e., a ring of a plastic sleeve, has been inserted into the parabola mirror and lens, the above-described technical progress has not caused additional technological problems or cost increases. The manufacture of the parabolic mirror, which now does not have a cylindrical sleeve for holding the lens, 241044 3 has been considerably simplified, there is no need for problems of sharp edges and remaining burrs, the operation of welding the attachment adapters, etc. is also omitted. groups. It is merely necessary to check whether the layer of extruded adhesive between the ring of the sleeve and the parabolic mirror on the one hand and between the sleeve ring and the scattering glass on the other is not interrupted at its periphery.
Since the invention is concerned with the problem of cre- ation, the principal question is whether there is no need to find a solution in the plastic material for the production of a parabolic mirror. The answer to this question can already be found in the numerous attempts made by this species, which all failed on strict international homologation requirements.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings, in which: FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a parabolic mirror and diffuser lens of a promoter vehicle in which a ring of the invention according to the invention is used; Figure 2 shows a detail of the collar of the collar of Figure 1 in a plan view; Figure 3 is an axial sectional view of another collar of the assembly with the connecting eye shown as an integral part of the collar ring; FIG. 4 is an axial sectional view of the ring of the scattering ring; FIG. 5 is a plan view of the orientation of FIG. 4; FIG. 6 shows a similar cross-section as FIG. the constructional group of the invention using a slightly modified diffuser glass.
The headlamp lens 1 does not differ from the prior art according to the invention. The metal parabolic mirror 2 is, in contrast, simplified in design so that it only has a simple flange 3 for clamping, the circumferential section 4 of which is somewhat folded out of the plane of the flange 3 in the direction where is own dish.
Vnitřní věnec 6 je v axiálním smě-ru nad rovinou prstencového úseku 8 pro-dloužen do prstencové vyvýšeniny 9, čímž sespolečně s vnějším věncem 7 a prstencovýmúsekem 8 vytváří úsek prstence 5 objímky, jehož průřez má tvar žlábku. 1). Vytvo-ření výstupku 11 je rovněž patrno z obr. 2.The ring 5 of the plastic sleeve has a cross section in the form of a figure similar to "4" or a letter, .h ", or a mirror image thereof. It consists of a ring 6 and an outer ring 7 which are connected to each other by an annular portion 8. The inner ring 6 extends in the axial direction above the plane of the annular section 8 into the annular elevation 9, thereby forming a ring section 5 with the outer ring 7 and the annular section 8 a sleeve having a groove-shaped cross-section. Preferably, in the corner space between the outer ring 7 and the annular section 8, the thimble 10 is provided to support the parabolic mirror 2. A preferred embodiment of the extension 10 is shown in Figure 2. In contrast, the outer ring 7 is at its free inner edge o with radially inwardly directed, preferably three protrusions 11, which serve to accommodate the diffusing glass-1 having a conically formed connecting section (FIG. 1). The formation of the protrusion 11 is also shown in Fig. 2.
Furthermore, the sleeve ring 5 is provided with three connecting lugs 12, one of which is shown in the axial section of FIG. 3, in the casing surface. In the illustrated embodiment, the outer ring 7 is preferably locally extended in the direction of the inner ring. S and parallel to it, thereby achieving a satisfactory strength of the attachment eye 12. In FIG. 3, a dotted line is a part of a plastic clamping element which serves for the adjustable fastening of the light beam in the body.
Obr. 4 a obr. Figures 4 and 5 show, for the sake of completeness of the present invention, a housing 13 in the outer ring 7 for a non-visible projection of a diffusing glass 1, which is desirable for an accurate orientation, but otherwise this design feature is not associated with other features of importance. in terms of manufacturing, such as, for example, the reinforcing ribs, the conical formation of the walls, is essential for the invention. In the conclusion, FIG. 6 shows in an informative way that the invention can be used in various embodiments of diffusing glasses 1, both in terms of the cross-sectional connection section and the contour of the contour.
1 a obr. 3. Pokud se týká souosososti mezi parabo-lickým zrcadlem 2 a prstencem 5 objímky, nejsou zde žádné praktické požadavky. V následující manipulaci se do koutovéhoprostoru mezi vnějším věncem 7 prstence 5objímky a přírubu 3 parabolického zrcadla2 nanese napřed tím vytlačené minimálníIn contrast to the first exemplary embodiment, the sealing amount of the adhesive is applied by the application of the lens 1. Without special explanation, one skilled in the art can adapt the described solution also to those solutions where the bearing and the projection are interchanged. In the assembly of the light assembly according to the invention, a filler layer 14a of adhesive is applied to the fillet space between the outer ring 7 and the annular ring 8 of the sleeve 3 around the ring. Then, a parabolic mirror 2 is inserted into the ring of the sleeve, the flange 3 of which pushes the applied adhesive material through the annular elevation 9 and not onto the outer ring 7. The parabolic mirror 2 is pushed as far as the circumferential section 4 of the flange 3 on the sleeves 10. This manipulation is intended to achieve this that the slit between the parabolic mirror 2 and the annular elevation 9 visibly adhere to the adhesive. Consequently, the excess adhesive contained in the base layer 14a is to be pushed predominantly inwards. For this purpose, a circumferential section 4 of the flange 3, which is bent as described and illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 3, is suitable. There are no practical requirements with regard to the alignment between the parabola mirror 2 and the collar ring 5. In the subsequent manipulation, a minimal pressure is applied to the corner space between the outer ring 7 of the ring 5 of the sleeve and the flange 3 of the parabolic mirror.
