- 237964 10 PŘEDMĚT VYNÁLEZU1. Způsob výroby lepidel na bázi močovinofonaaldehydových pryskyřic, pro výrobu mate-riálů ze dřeva s velmi nízkým uvolňováním formaldehydu, kondenzací močoviny a formaldehyduv molárním poměru 1:1,8 až 1:2,1 při teplotách 373 až 414 K a přeměně těchto kondenzátů známým způsobem v pryskyřičná lepidla, vyznačující se tím, že se močovina a formaldehyd kon-denzují ve vodném roztoku ze přítomnosti 0,05 až 0,5 % organické a anorganické Icyseliny,vztaženo ne výchozí množství močoviny při tlaku kysličníku uhličitého 1 až 4 z 10^ Pa takdlouho, až se dosáhne více než 40 % kondenzace formaldehydu ve formě metylenových můstků a tento produkt se dále kondenzuje v neutrální nebo slabě alkalické oblasti za přídavkumočoviny do molárního poměru močoviny k formaldehydu 1:0,9 až 1:1,3 a v případě potřebyza současného zvýšení koncentrace.
