Abstract
Krmná směs obsahuje enzymy, vyprodukované mutantami kmenů Bacillus coagulans, ze sbírky Laktoflora č. 476 a 477 a Bacillus cereus ze sbírky Laktoflora č. 478 a 479. Obohacená krmná směs zvyšuje podstatně konverzi krmiv, zejména u kuřat, nosnic a prasat. The feed mixture contains the enzymes produced mutants of Bacillus coagulans, from Lactoflora Nos. 476 and 477 and Bacillus cereus from Laktoflora No. 478 a 479. The enriched compound feed increases substantially feed conversion, especially for chickens, laying hens and pigs.
Description
Předmětem vynálezu Je krmná směs pro hospodářská zvířata, obohacená prctoázami, převážně alkalickými, vyprodukovanými kultivací mutant kmenů Bacillus coagulans, ze sbírky Laktoflora č. 476 a 477 a Bacillus cereus ze sbírky Laktoflora č. 478 a 479.It is an object of the present invention to provide a compound feed for livestock, enriched with proteases, predominantly alkaline, produced by culturing mutants of Bacillus coagulans from Lactoflora Nos. 476 and 477 and Bacillus cereus from Lactoflora Nos. 478 and 479.
Je známo zvyšovat konverzi krmiv s použitím čistých proteáz, vyprodukovaných především některými druhy a kmeny plísní.It is known to increase feed conversion using pure proteases produced primarily by certain species and strains of fungi.
The application of microbial rennet Mikrozyn, which is obtained by fermentation of sporulating Bacillus sutotilis strains and rennet obtained by production of Bacillus megaterium strains, has also been described. A disadvantage of the first method is the possibility of the formation of some health-defective mycotoxins, especially aflatoxins, and the deficiency of all the existing methods is the production of relatively large amounts of neutral and acidic proteases in addition to alkaline proteases.
Tyto nedostatky odstraňuje krmná směs pro hospodářská zvířata a způsob její výroby podle vynálezu, jehož podstatou je obohacení proteázami, převážně alkalickými, vyprodukovanými mutantami kmenů Bacillus coagulans, ze sbírky Laktoflora č. 476 a 477 a Bacillus cereus ze sbírky Laktoflora číslo 478 a 479, aplikovanými do krmné směsi buď kultivační kapalinou obsahující tyto enzymy, nebo po odseparování a zkoncentrování zahuštěním.These drawbacks are overcome by the animal feed compound and the process according to the invention, which is based on the enrichment of proteases, predominantly alkaline, produced by Bacillus coagulans mutants from Lactoflora Nos. 476 and 477 and Bacillus cereus from Lactoflora Nos. 478 and 479, applied into the compound feed either with the culture liquid containing these enzymes or after separation and concentration by concentration.
The protease enzymes produced by said mutants provide for a deeper cleavage of high molecular weight substances in feed such as proteins in the digestive tract of livestock, especially monogastric, particularly poultry and pigs. This leads to better utilization of nutrients in compound feed. An increase in feed conversion thus results in a reduction in feed consumption per unit of increment and an increase in weight gain per head and day.
Enzymy proteázy je možno přidávat do krmných směsí přímo po ukončení fermentace, takže odpadne jejich oddělování od produkčního média i použité bakteriální kultnry, tedy mrtvých i živých buněk uvedených mutant separací na filtrech a odstředivkách. Dále odpadne jejich případná purifikace, koncentrace zahušťováním a stabilizace, Ke krmným účelům se tak využije vedle účinku alkalických proteáz i biomasy produkčních mikrobů a živin z kultivační kapaliny.Protease enzymes can be added to the feed mixtures directly after the fermentation is complete, eliminating their separation from the production medium as well as the bacterial cultures used, i.e. both dead and living cells of said mutants by separation on filters and centrifuges. Furthermore, their possible purification, concentration by concentration and stabilization are eliminated. Thus, in addition to the effect of alkaline proteases, biomass of production microbes and nutrients from the culture liquid are used for feeding purposes.
Ke krmným účelům je však možno použít tekutého či sušeného preparátu proteáz.However, a liquid or dried protease preparation may be used for feeding purposes.
In particular, the increased technical effect of the first method is that, in addition to the action of proteases, in particular alkaline, to break down nutrients and thereby increase feed conversion, biomass of producing microbes and nutrients from the culture liquid are used without the risk of mycotoxins. In addition, simplification of the preparation technology is advantageous as separation, concentration and purification are eliminated.
U druhého způsobu spočívá zvýšení technického účinku v tom, že vedle štěpení živin a zvýšení konverze krmiv je preparát nakoncentrovaných proteáz, převážně alkalických, snadno přepravovateiný do přípra'ven krmných směsí a je s ním snadnější manipulace. In the second method, the technical effect is increased in that, in addition to the digestion of nutrients and the increase in feed conversion, the concentrated protease preparation, mainly alkaline, is easily transportable to the feed mixtures and is easier to handle.
Příklad provedení 1EXAMPLE 1
Do krmné směsi pro brojlerová kuřata se přidá enzym proteáza i s kultivační kapalinou v množství 2 %,Protease enzyme is added to the broiler chickens feed mixture with 2% culture liquid,
Příklad provedení 2Example 2
Do krmné směsi pro nosnice se přidá odsgparovaný a zahuštěný enzymový proteázový preparát v množství 1 %.The separated and concentrated enzyme protease preparation is added to the laying compound feed in an amount of 1%.
Příklad provedení 3EXAMPLE 3
Do krmné směsi pro prasata se přidá en· zym proteáza i kultivační kapalina v množství 1,5 %.Enzyme protease and culture liquid are added to the pig feed mixture in an amount of 1.5%.
