Abstract
Vynález se týká způsobu impregnování vinutých uzlů velkých elektrických strojů a výroby rotujících elektrických strojů. Cílem je vysoce kvalitní, racionálně získané impregnování vinutých statorů a rotorů nebo jednotlivých vinutých svazků jádra, při odstranění problémů zpracovatelnosti nebo ztrát v důsledku zbylé impregnační pryskyřice, podmíněné technologií . Úkol spočívá v úplném naplnění všech dutých prostor v drážkách impregnační pryskyřicí bez použití vakua nebo tlaku, přičemž impregnační pryskyřice nemá zůstávat v nádobách. Podle vynálezu částečně otevřené drážky se zaplní nasypáním vysoce reaktivní syntetické pryskyřice,tvrdé při pokojové teplotě, v drobně zrnitém stavu a při pomalém otáčení uzly se shora zahřívají do želatinování syntetické pryskyřice.Naplnění syntetické pryskyřice a ohřev se opakují,pokud se drážky nenaplní syntetickou pryskyřicí.Syntetická pryskyřice,stékající v kapkách, se zachycuje v ředidle a užije se pro konečné rozstřikování.The invention relates to a method for impregnating winding nodes of large electrical machines and the production of rotating electrical machines. The aim is to achieve high-quality, rationally obtained impregnation of winding stators and rotors or individual core winding bundles, while eliminating problems of processability or losses due to the remaining impregnating resin, conditioned by technology. The task consists in completely filling all hollow spaces in the grooves with impregnating resin without using vacuum or pressure, while the impregnating resin should not remain in the containers. According to the invention, partially open grooves are filled by pouring in a highly reactive synthetic resin, hard at room temperature, in a fine-grained state, and with slow rotation, the nodes are heated from above until the synthetic resin gels. The filling of the synthetic resin and the heating are repeated if the grooves are not filled with synthetic resin. The synthetic resin, flowing down in drops, is caught in a diluent and used for final spraying.
