Then, a material containing a putty material or the mucous magnetic resin 12, such as an iron powder of more than 50% of weight ratio and a viscosity of 100 poise or more, is filled in the wedge supporting groove 6E and the opening part 5D of the stator slot 2B by causing a current to flow through the conductor 9C. The above filling operation is carried out in a state where a current is caused to flow through the conductor 9C, a magnetic flux is generated in a form of surrounding the stator winding, and a leak magnetic flux sucks up the putty material 12 mixed with a magnetic powder, and operates to tightly attach the putty material to both sides of the tooth part 1A of the stator core 1, and sticks to the opening so that it is possible to fill the putty material without flowing out of the opening.
