Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a compound to be filled up certainly in a molding tool and to prevent the generation of dielectric breakdown of the electric power source unit by a method wherein cores holding coils are inserted horizontally in a vessel type filling up molding tool having a bottom plate, and the compound is filled up in the molding tool and is made to be solidified. CONSTITUTION:The vessel type filling up molding tool 9 being the upper face opened and having the bottom plate is formed with a metal material, and supporting step parts 10 to support the cores 2, 7 are formed inside of both end faces of the molding tool 9, and a projection part 11 is formed letting come near to the corner part of the bottom. The cores 2, 7 are inserted in the molding tool 9 and are put on the step parts 10, the asphalt compound 12, etc., is poured into the tool in this condition, and the compound 12 comes around completely between the coils 4, 5 and the cores 2, 7 and in the circumference of the coils. Thus solidified transformer is connected to other circuit elements and is accommodated in a main body case to be sealed with the compound. Accordingly the compound can be filled up simply and certainly in the gap at the circumference of the coil, and the generation of dielectric breakdown, etc., can be prevented.
