Abstract
PURPOSE:To fill up the gap between a coil and a core of the electromagnetic device with a compound simply and sufficiently, to facilitate the filling up work of the compound and to prevent the generation of corona voltage by a method wherein the compound is poured in a vessel type coil box having a bottom plate and surrounding the coil. CONSTITUTION:Plural E type core pieces are accumulated to form the core 1, and the secondary coil 3 and the coil box 4 to surround the circumference of the coil 3 are inserted on center leg part 2 thereof. A compound filling space 5 is formed in the box 4, and moreover openings 7 to insert the leg part 2 and lead out grooves 9 to lead out lead wires are formed on both end faces 6 of the box 4. Moreover a flange 11 to support both side leg parts 10 of the core 1 and projections 12 projecting to the inside of the openings 7 are formed, and a flow-in space 13 to promote the flowing in of the compound is formed between the both end faces of the coil 3 and the both end faces 6 of the box 4. Accordingly the filling work of the compound is facilitated, and the compound is filled up sufficiently between the coil 3 and the box 4.
