Vynález rieši pripravu 1-[4-/2-metakryloyloxyetoxy/fenyl]-1,2-propándiónu. Podstata pripravy tejto zlúčeniny spočívá v tom, že sa 1 - [4-/2-hydroxyetoxy/fenyl]- -1,2-propándiÓn esterifikuje kyselinou metakrylovou alebo jej chloridom. Předmětná zlúčenína je medziproduktom syntézy monomeru pre syntézu polyméru, ktorý slúži ako fosforescencný značkovač, alebo optický zj asnovač.The invention relates to the preparation of 1-[4-(2-methacryloyloxyethoxy)phenyl]-1,2-propanedione. The essence of the preparation of this compound lies in the fact that 1-[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]-1,2-propanedione is esterified with methacrylic acid or its chloride. The subject compound is an intermediate in the synthesis of a monomer for the synthesis of a polymer, which serves as a phosphorescent marker or optical brightener.

Za tento čas sa azeotropicky vydestilovalo 0,9 ml vody. Po ochladení sa reakčná zmes přefiltrovala cez 5 cm vrstvu silikagélu. Silikagél sa premyl benzénom. Filtrát sa vákuovo zahustil, rozpustil v metanole, krátko povaril s aktívnym uhlím a nechal krystalizovat. Získala sa žitá krysta- lická látka o t. t. 49 až 51 C. Tento produkt v chladničke.
