Description
(54) Krmivo pro kuřata a krůty brojlerového typu a monogastrická hospodářská zvířata(54) Broiler-type chickens and turkeys and monogastric livestock
Aplikací mikrobiálního syřidla do krmivá uvedených hospodářských zvířat dochází k výraznému zlepšení konverze hlavních komponent krmných směsí organismem zvířete. The invention relates to broiler type chicken and turkey feed and monogastric livestock enriched with microbial rennet produced according to AO 140995. Application of microbial rennet to the feed of said livestock significantly improves the conversion of the main components of the feed mixtures by the animal organism.
Mikrobiální syřidlo je produkované vybraným kmenem Bacillus subtilis. Obsahuje komplex hydrolytických enzymů: kyselé, neutrální a alkalické proteázy, amylázy, celulázy a nespecifické esterázy.Microbial rennet is produced by a selected strain of Bacillus subtilis. It contains a complex of hydrolytic enzymes: acidic, neutral and alkaline proteases, amylases, cellulases and non-specific esterases.
Examples of successful use of various enzyme preparations in fattening monogastric animals and especially in poultry are known from both literature and practice. However, the practical application of enzyme preparations to the feed of these animals has not occurred on a mass scale, especially because of their high cost. This is the case with microbial rennet, whose cost is low compared to other analogous preparations, and there are realistic conditions for further reduction in regular industrial preparation of the preparation.
Mikrobiální syřidlo aplikované do krmivá drůbeže a monogastrických zvířat působí komplexem svých hydrolytických enzymů, zvyšuje stupeň protrávení bílkovinných, škrobových a celulozových komponent krmivá a tedy i jejich využitelnost organismem zvířete. Microbial rennet applied to poultry feed and monogastric animals acts by a complex of its hydrolytic enzymes, increases the degree of digestion of protein, starch and cellulose components of the feed and thus their usability by the animal organism. This results in higher weight gains of the fed animals while reducing feed consumption per weight unit of gain. The hydrolytic action of the microbial rennet takes place with varying intensity over most of the animal's digestive tract length.
*The microbial rennet can be incorporated in the required amount and evenly dispersed into the compound feed at the same time as it is assembled without losing the enzyme preparation and without undesirable changes in the compound feed itself, such as increasing moisture, hygroscopicity, change in consistency and the like. *
Způsob využití mikrobiálního syřidla ve výkrmu drůbeže brojlerového typu a u mo207857 nogastrických hospodářských zvířat je objasněn, nikoli však omezen následujícími příklady:The advantages of microbial rennet are that it is wholesome to health against a number of other analogous preparations made, for example, from molds. The use of the preparation has been tried and approved in the food industry, where it is used as a rennet in the processing of milk into cheese. The preparation is produced by fermentation of Bacillus subtilis strain, which is genetically stable and does not show any signs of even pathogenicity. The use of microbial rennet in broiler-type poultry and in mo207857 nogastric livestock is explained, but not limited by the following examples:
Příklad č. 1Example 1
Krmná směs BR 2 pro kuřata brojlerového typu, obohacena 0,5 % mikrobiálního syřidla o sýřivé síle 1: 25 000 umožňuje snížení spotřeby o 100 g na 1 kg přírůstků kuřat, při současném zvýšení jejich hmotnosti o 10 až 12 %.The BR 2 feed for broiler chickens, enriched with 0.5% microbial rennet with a 1: 25,000 cheesing strength, allows for a reduction in consumption of 100 g per kg increments of chickens, while increasing their weight by 10 to 12%.
Příklad č. 2Example 2
Krmné směsi BR 1 a BR 2 pro kuřata brojlerového typu, obohacené hmotnostně 1 °/o mikrobiálního syřidla o sýřivé síle 1:17 000 snižují spotřebu krmivá na 1 kg přírůstků o 200 až 300 g, při současném zvýšení hmotnosti kuřat o 10 až 15 %.Feeding mixtures BR 1 and BR 2 for broiler chickens, enriched with 1% w / w microbial rennet with a cheesing strength of 1:17 000 reduce feed consumption per kg increments of 200 to 300 g, while increasing the weight of the chickens by 10 to 15% .
Příklad č. 3Example 3
Krmná směs P 2 pro výkrm prasat, obohacená 0,5 % mikrobiálního syřidla, o sýřivé síle 1: 25 000 umožňuje snížení spotřeby krjniva na 1 kg přírůstků o 120 až 150 g, při současném zvýšení hmotnosti zvířat o 4 až 6 %.P 2 feed for pig fattening, enriched with 0.5% microbial rennet, with a 1: 25,000 cheesing strength, allows the consumption of feed per kg of increments of 120 to 150 g, while increasing the animal's weight by 4 to 6%.

U vepřů vyšší hmotnostní kategorie (nad 50 kg) dochází současně se sníženou spotřebou krmivá k vyšším přírůstkům o 6 až 8 %.The feed mixture SOL for pig fattening, enriched with 1% by weight of microbial rennet with 1: 17 000 cheesing strength, allows the consumption of feed per kg of increments of 250 to 300 g to be reduced. For pigs of a higher weight category (over 50 kg) feed to higher increments of 6 to 8%.
Příklad ě. 5Example. 5
Krmné směsi pro výkrm krůtích brojlerů KR 1 a KR 2 (nebo též KR 2T), obohacené hmotnostně 1 % mikrobiálního syřidla o sýrivé síle 1: 20 000 umožňuje snížení spotřeby krmných směsí během celého výkrmu o 550 až 700 g a zvýšení hmotnosti jednotlivých zvířat o 400 až 500 g.Feeding mixtures for turkeys broiler KR 1 and KR 2 (or KR 2T), enriched with 1% by weight of microbial rennet with a 1: 20 000 cheesing strength, enables the consumption of compound feed during the whole fattening by 550 to 700 g and increase the weight of individual animals by 400 up to 500 g.
The advantage of the feed mixtures according to the invention lies in the higher degree of utilization of their main components - proteins, starches, cellulases - after deep digestion. The increased performance significantly exceeds the costs incurred in the application of the preparation.
