Abstract

La presente invención se refiere, en general, a receptores de unión al antígeno capaces de unirse específicamente a un dominio Fc que comprende la mutación de aminoácido P329G de acuerdo con la numeración EU. La presente invención también se refiere a linfocitos T, transducidos con un receptor de unión al antígeno que se recluta mediante unión y/o interacción específica con el dominio Fc mutado de anticuerpos terapéuticos. Asimismo, la invención se refiere a un kit que comprende los linfocitos T transducidos de la invención y/o moléculas de ácido nucleico, vectores que codifican los receptores de unión al antígeno de la presente invención y anticuerpos que actúan sobre el tumor que comprenden un dominio Fc mutado
